Vacation home rentals in Prati, Rome

Delightful, attractively decorated, very comfortable, and with a terrific rooftop terrace on which to eat, have a drink or just chill, this place was so wonderful that our only regret was having to leave! The hosts (Elena and Tomasso) were helpful, responsive and and answered all of our questions. The location is quiet yet central (Monti is our favourite neighborhood to stay in while in Rome) with many key attractions within an easy walk, lots of lovely cafés and restos nearby, a subway station 2 min away, and charming streets all around. We fell in love with the place and know where we’ll we staying next time we visit Rome! Grazie!

Absolutely loved the location - only a 30 minute walk from the Colosseum but away from the madness of tourists. The flat had everything we needed and the local recommendations were amazing!

This place was perfect! We had a group of 4 people and at first I was skeptical because one bed is a pull out from the couch but even that was excellent! The apartment was clean and cozy as described in the listing. We arrived to an associate host who showed us the place and the local spots. She even had the pull out bed ready and made which was really great! She was also very responsive and helpful! The apartment was perfectly located as well! It was far enough from the busy part of town that you could sleep at night but only a few streets from the hustle and bustle of the night life which I should mention is AMAZING! The city comes alive at night and this place is perfectly located! Can’t say enough! Will definitely be back! It’s a perfect place for 2 and great for 4. 10/10 would recommend! The only negative is that we didn’t have more time to stay!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Trastevere. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed; the bed was comfortable the wardrobe was spacious; the terrace was absolutely perfect to enjoy our cornetti and espresso every morning, just us and the swallows before vibrant Trastevere woke up! The apartment is very close to all the bars, trattorias, pizza al taglio, gelato and everything else that the town has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Daniele and Irene were wonderful hosts! Our plane landed early, and Daniele and Irene made sure that we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. The location was very safe and was perfect for getting to and from everywhere in Rome on the metro. Daniele and Irene provided us with a list of restaurants in the area they recommended along with their menus, which we loved! We greatly enjoyed our stay, and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

We stayed 4 glorious nights at Giacinto’s place in Trasevere. It’s up the hill from the hustle and bustle of Trastevere’s restaurant district and is a short walk from great local restaurants and shops. This place is like a little haven a short distance from Rome’s tourist attractions but far enough away to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet this gorgeous neighborhood has to offer. Giacinto met us at the cottage and walked us through how to use everything. He was extremely communicative, even messaging me to inform me of a public transport strike in Rome on one of our days (v useful info to know ahead of time!) We adored our stay in Trastevere, would absolutely stay here again.

Great host and great location.

Luisa was an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Rome—close to public transport, local cafes, and historic sites. Luisa went above and beyond with helpful tips and recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The apartment was close to the train line, reí de Roma, and the neighborhood had markets, restaurants and anything else you could ask for. Our host was kind and responsive. When we come back to Rome, I will be looking for this same apartment!

The apartment is a gem, with attention to the smallest details, tidy, clean, quiet. Not only that: Alessandra makes you feel at home, leaving you the essentials to have breakfast or prepare a meal, something that is absolutely not taken for granted and not due. A special mention goes to the outdoor space, perfectly furnished to experience moments of relaxation and enjoy meals in absolute privacy and tranquility. Highly recommended, we'll be back. Really nice area felt very safe

Our stay in Rome was amazing! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Laura, our host, made the experience even more special. She is kind, friendly, and very attentive. She responded quickly to all our questions and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home. Thank you again, Laura – we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was our first time to Rome and were weren't sure what to expect. Tamara was great in her communication, gave us a tour of the apartment when we arrived, and made sure all our questions were answered. This location is centrally located and provided great access to what we wanted to see. We had no issue and would certainly stay there again.

This place is a gem. Cute decor clean, comfortable and a great bathroom. The location couldn’t be better. A very short walk to the Vatican. There’s even a hop on hop off stop that’s only a few minute walk. Grocery store nearby and some really great restaurants. You’re close to everything you need or want but ever so slightly tucked off of the Main Street so you’re not right in the middle of it. It’s such a great spot. Diandra was fantastic and a great communicator, made the stay so easy. Check in could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend and would book again!

Livia's place is in an excellent location. Very walkable and close to many popular sites and restaurants. The apartment was as described, clean, and has everything you'll need for your stay. Livia was always responsive to answer any questions and helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend.

Perfect location, cozy apartment, and a fantastic host! We loved our stay here , the location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute straight walk into Vatican City. The neighborhood is full of charming cobblestone streets, great restaurants, and an exciting atmosphere day and night. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of five. Lorenzo is a wonderful host, helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional stay in Rome! The apartment was exactly as the listing stated, very comfortable and clean with a friendly and accommodating host. The neighborhood was charming, quiet, full of friendly locals, and a market and bus stop were within walking distance. I would book this Airbnb in a heartbeat if I traveled to Roma again!!!

Giuseppe's place is located well within a short walk from a metro, shops, restaurants, bistros and even a playground for children. We enjoyed mornigs and evenings at the terrace. The apartment is furnished tastefully as per pictures. Giuseppe communicated with us well and he replied to our questions quickly. We had a great stay and we would recommend this place.

This home was one of the best we have stayed in. Spacious, clean and very well situated. Shops and restaurants just below the building. The host was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!
