Thea is a good host, she is very helpful and with quick response, her place is close to the places that we wanted to go.

Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It is a short walk from the gym I attend, so it is super practical. The area is very residential, quiet, and well-connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Although my plane was delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

Paolo is an excellent host and a gentleman. My parents and I had a great time staying there. He is an extremely kind and generous and stocked the fridge full of food for us so we couldn’t have to walk in the heat.

Very well located accommodation, in the very lively Trastevere neighborhood, and spacious room. Diomira and her husband hosted me very well, they even spoke French very well, and served me breakfast in the morning. I felt at home! Bonus for the cat :) Remember to take Quies balls because the neighborhood is noisy…

Marina and her husband are wonderful people. They welcomed us with so much love and energy. They answered all our questions, and we really enjoyed meeting them. We will definitely contact them again when we return to Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, well located, and has everything you need for your stay 100% recommended!

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

This was my third time staying here!This year is the Jubilee Year of Rome, it is convenient to get up early and walk from the apartment to the Vatican, along the Tiber River, the view is very beautiful!There are many restaurants around the apartment, and it is very convenient to eat.It's more convenient if you need to shop.The most important thing is that check-in is more flexible, you can drop off your luggage first, which is very important and friendly for people traveling long distances with luggage!This has always been my preferred accommodation in Rome, and I can't wait to come back!

Everything was as described. Comfortable and neat. The host, Marzia, was wonderful! I was in town to be near Vatican City and this location couldn’t have been much better.

Giancarlo was a great host. Was very helpful and provided us with local recommendations. He responded very quickly when we had any questions and made sure all check in instructions were with us before we reached the property. Great value for money in a central location.

This was a good place for our short stop over in Rome. Friendly host, comfortable bed and option for aircon at extra cost, which we did because it was so hot! The apartment was very clean and even though there were other guests, it was quiet and peaceful. Only issue was the shower pressure, but not a big deal and still great value for money.

Host is such a great lady, she is responsive and very helpful. She has kept this B&B in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Sergio is a wonderful host! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. It was very easy to find the apartment, because when we got off the bus, he was already waiting for us from his balcony. Every morning, he woke up early to prepare breakfast for us, with coffee and latte made by him, something we really appreciated. The place was very clean, and the room was even more beautiful than in the photos. Even though we don’t speak Italian, we understood each other very well. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality! I didn't meet Paolo, but he was very friendly, sending us messages with instructions and being flexible with check-in and check-out. He offers a croissant in the downstairs cafe for breakfast, very kind!

Gianluca is a really kind and impeccable host, from booking to our arrival. House with very well-designed spaces, organized and very well cleaned. Very quiet area and strategic location for getting around. Top hospitality from Gianluca and Peach, we will definitely be back.

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. In the room there is everything you need for breakfast, while in the common area there is a coffee maker and a kettle for tea. The only negative note is that the curtain of the French window is not very darkening so as the sun rises the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light on. In general it is a great solution for staying in Rome and I would go back.

Really perfect location, almost opposite the metro entrance. Antonella really cares about being discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you have a great stay. Vouchers for breakfast at the cafe downstairs from the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum a 15-minute walk away, and connection with Termini station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the little Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them. 🥰
