Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Prati, Rome

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment with our family of four. It is spacious, was clean and well equipped. The location is very nice near a large park and 8-10 minutes walking from a metro station. The metro took us to the major Rome sights in about 15-25 minutes. There are a few shops and restaurants in the direct proximity of the place. The host is responsive and helpful.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Andrea was a splendid host because of how responsive and understanding he was. His place was perfect. It was safe, private, and quiet. When we ran into a glitch, Andrea was quick to offer a generous solution to reconcile the concern. The place had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Plus, it felt close to the center of Rome without being in the thick of the chaos. It’s close to delicious restaurants, several transit options in any direction, and the idyllic area surrounding Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. We went there several nights for shopping, dinner, and dessert. It’s an 8-minute walk to Lavasciuga Roma, which I recommend for laundry: €22 and two hours to wash, dry, and fold a week of laundry for three people. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again.

Eugenia was extremely helpful about every single step of the process for checking in, including recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We love the neighborhood and the historical fact that it was in an aqueduct park.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Incredible place to end an Italy trip! Nothing was nicer than watching the sunset over the Coliseum in a private rooftop hot tub with a drink in hand! Sauna was also a nice touch to decompress and relax in. The host was incredibly kind and helpful and he left the place in great condition for us and even left us some snacks and drinks in the fridge. Would recommend to all and would be happy to return next time I’m in Rome!

Very cool stay, location was excellent and terrace, jacuzzi, A/C units all were very nice. Patrick was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!

Angelo is a great host. Responsive, available anytime, and provided extremely helpful advice and recommendations. The “small house” has everything necessary to enjoy you stay in Rome. The metro and tram station is a couple of minutes from the door. Restaurants and a supermarket are also within a few minutes walk. If we are in Rome again Angelo’s place would certainly be our first choice! 100% recommended!

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

We were very pleased with the house and the location was great! The hosts were very nice. We had 4 beautiful days. Would recommend without hesitation!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

We arrived by car and it was a pleasant time. Perfect for juxtaposing site visits and romantic holidays with the pool, sauna and hot tub. 😊👍💯 Everything was functional and related to the photos. Small touches like Italian cakes or coffee are very much appreciated. Air conditioning allows you to sleep well😴☀️😎. We had a magical time in this beautiful city of Rome, with a great host. Much better than a hotel. 🎉🎈🎊

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

What a lovely stay! This place looked exactly as pictured! I was hesitant to book because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. The villa is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. The grocery store is a close walk, and the employees were lovely and helpful! The beaches near the villa are all very clean and nice, and not too busy (we travelled in September). Check in and out was easy and instructions were clear. We felt very safe here, the villa is private and well secured. The hot tub was an amazing additional feature, especially on one of our cloudier days. The table outside with the private garden was a lovely spot where we enjoyed breakfast and appetizers. It was nice to have our own private and secure parking spot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to make memories in a beautiful, clean, private space.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and we had the best time. It felt like home. So relaxing, surrounded by fruit trees and a quiet neighborhood and a house equipped with everything we needed while also beautifully furnished. Such clean bathrooms and rooms. Monica was so responsive and kept guiding us when needed. I would always return here. Thanks Monica.

Wonderful stay! Very peaceful and everything was perfect in the house. The pool and grounds were lovely. Probably our favorite Airbnb stay we've ever had.
