House vacation rentals in Prati, Rome

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn und 2 Hunden für 3 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Alessandro hat eine detaillierte Website erstellt, wo man jegliche Informationen für die Umgebung, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehr, Attraktionen und vieles mehr entnehmen kann. Falls man trotzdem Hilfe brauchte, wurde einem sofort geantwortet. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und der Garten ist wunderbar zum Entspannen aber auch zum Spielen und toben. Eine schöne ruhige Lage aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man ist auch schnell in Rom. Sehr liebevolle Gastgeber und eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Wir hatten alle eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable, un coin de verdure au calme, loin du tumulte, parfait après une journée à sillonner les rues et les monuments de Rome. La villa est spacieuse et confortable, la piscine est un écrin de détente. Concernant la villa, rien ne manque, l'aménagement à été pensé et la cuisine réunie tous les objets du quotidien afin de préparer un bon repas. Chaque demande formulée est prise en compte rapidement par les propriétaires afin que vous puissiez bénéficier des meilleures conditions durant votre séjour. Il est évident que notre prochain passage en cette belle ville de Rome passera par cette location.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

Great location in safe and quiet area - walking distance to Piramide metro stop and 5 minute walk to train station with easy connections to and from Fiumicino Airport. 15 minute walk to Circo Massimo and Aventine Hill with lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower! Quick and clear communication from host. Would definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I choose to stay at Celeste's place when I visited my daughter who was studying abroad at AUR. The terrace was a wonderful place for she and her friends to come over and hang out. It's even more beautiful and cooler than the pictures show. We loved it!! We could easily walk to any place in Trastevere or take the tram into downtown Rome (20 min). I spent a few days by myself and felt safe walking in the area and navigating to and from all the famous Roman sites. At the end of the day, I came back to a clean, comfortable, and safe place. As other reviewers mentioned, downstairs feels slightly humid but there is no mold. All the windows open, and it feels pleasant within 5 minutes. The area is bustling until about 11 pm, but after that it's quiet. The door is tricky. Use the door knocker to pull the door firmly toward you while turning the key all the way to the left, then push in. I can't wait to bring my whole family back to Rome and stay in Celeste's aqueduct apt again!

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

great location, easy walk to the Vatican

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement. L’appartement est calme et joliment décoré. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter la ville sans être dans le centre touristique. Et merci à Sara pour sa disponibilité.

El departamento de Mario y el mismo Mario son lo que se necesita para garantizar unos días divinos en Roma. Ubicación: El departamento está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de las principales atracciones de Roma, facilitando su recorrido a pie sin problema. Esta en una zona de callecitas con gastronomía buenísima!, tiendas, comercios y actividad nocturna. El departamento por dentro: Impecable! Además cómodo y completo. Y finalmente Mario, encantador, atento y a disposición! Tanto que hasta nos permitió retirarnos más tarde y no nos cobró. Como decía al principio: todo una garantía para pasar un tiempo precioso en Roma. Lo super recomendamos! Gracias Mario!!

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Carla's apartment at the tail-end of our vacation in Italy. We've been to Rome before, but this area was very different to where we stayed before. It was busy during the day but quiet at night, and Carla was so welcoming and helpful with all our questions. It was an easy walk over the bridge to Trastevere or the Vatican. The street that Carla lives on specifically feels like a hidden gem, with small shops and local artisans. She has such a warm energy, you'll feel like an old friend rather than a stranger in her home. Though the apartment is located within her home, it is private and you will feel like you have your own space. Be sure to visit nearby Forno Monteforte for excellent coffee, pastries, and more.
