Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia Ocian

I loved the apartment, ideal for 1 person, excellent TV, 2 fans, comfortable bed, super well equipped, a delightful shower, I felt comfortable and safe, the host is very attentive. I loved it and want to come back!!

Our experience was amazing! Albert's apartment is spotless, everything is very clean, organized, smells nice and exactly like the photos. It has all the necessary utensils, both for preparing breakfast and for a comfortable stay — bed, shower, kitchen, everything perfect! The location is wonderful, close to the beach and the center, with easy access to markets, shops and restaurants. Albert was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages, instructed us very well and was super flexible with schedules, which made all the difference. Our stay was short, but wonderful! We will definitely return and highly recommend!

We hosted me and my friend, Geisa and her mother were super helpful, the apartment was clean, more beautiful than the photos. The bedroom bed is wonderful, very comfortable, you can take a nap😝. Enough kitchen utensils.

Perfect apartment, all clean, organized, extremely cozy, with a super positive point that has covered, pillow, hair dryer, it was all wonderful, lady Tita totally attentive, sending the sights of the city, much close as the interactive fountain, bike rental, little bar, pizzeria, etc., during the entire stay when the question lady Tita answered everything very quickly and with very kindness, extremely flexible with check in and checkout, and perfectly accommodated all of us who were (4 people) summarizing everything totally perfect and I will be sure to locate more times whenever I am my first option. It was my first time renting through Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience, safe building has an elevator, it's close to the beach, everything was very good.

The host is very friendly and incredibly cordial. The house perfectly accommodates 10 guests with space and privacy for everyone. The property is very close to the shore and the beach. There are markets, wineries, cafeterias, restaurants and everything we need nearby. The house's kitchen has plenty of utensils and met our needs very well. We will definitely be hosting us again and I highly recommend it.

Cristina and her husband are super attentive, wonderful house, it was cold, but the house overcame this issue, heated pool, hydro in the suite, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and perfect TVs, really complete house perfect for enjoying rest, we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll definitely be back.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !
