Diedre's house is much more beautiful than the ad. The decoration is extremely tasteful, everything is very clean and organized. Clean linens and a warm shower. The location is excellent, the condominium is safe and the view is wonderful. Diedre is a super host, more than a super host, always concerned. I can't help but mention our surprise when we arrived and had a delicious chocolate cake and coffee ready. I appreciate all the kindness shown to me and my family. We will definitely return to this paradise more often ❤️

Cozy place, close to the historic center, next to a hillside with lots of nature. Clean and organized. With all the kitchen utensils. Mrs. Arlete was very friendly, she helped us with check-in. When we return to Paraty, we will certainly stay there.

Excellent stay in Paraty. Cozy and very well located, a few meters from the Historic Center and in a quiet and peaceful place, even on weekends when there is more excitement in the Historic Center. Paulo was very attentive and proactive from booking to check-out. The best service possible. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities as advertised. The accommodation in Paraty was very worthwhile.

The stay at Guilherme's place was amazing! The listing is exactly as in the description photos. A beautiful place, super calm, very close to nature, but not far away by car from the historic center of Paraty (approximately 15 minutes), which for us was the perfect middle ground. Communication was excellent, Guilherme was very helpful all the time and gave us great tips. One of the ones we liked best was Praia da Rosa, a beach that is close to the house and its access is by a dirt road and then a small trail of approximately 10 minutes, the whole path is very beautiful and the beach is of unparalleled beauty. For those who like tranquility, nature, but also do not give up a little more conventional sightseeing Guilherme's house is the perfect place. We definitely plan to come back again!

An amazing and magical place that gave us an excellent holiday

Of all that has not yet been said, I think it is important to note that the neighborhood is extremely quiet. We really liked it. Staying in the historic center is clear that it has its charm but the noise and the mess would bother me. We walked to the center and the walk along the canal is extremely pleasant. At the end of the avenue, on the bridge that leads to the center, there is also a very convenient parking lot. Very quick to access. Everything else is as described in the listing.

Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

The stay at Adriana's place was wonderful. Close to the historic center and at the same time very quiet. The combination was perfect. Adriana welcomed us very well and our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and very pleasant.

Super spacious, tidy, clean and well-decorated apartment. With an integrated balcony (good ventilation) and a living room with a sofa and Paraguayan hammock, my favorite spaces! Very true to the pictures posted. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything: avenues, supermarket, historic center, and bus terminal. I felt very comfortable and safe since I'm traveling alone. Erick was helpful and kind from day one for any questions or needs. Excellent price-quality ratio. I would definitely come back!

I stayed at Márcia's place in Paraty and it was a great experience! The place is very welcoming, well cared for and has that atmosphere of peace that perfectly suits the city. The location is great, close to everything we need to enjoy Paraty well, and Márcia was super attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We stay 5 days in May/25 at William's house in Paraty, it is a very special place, a place with a privileged view of the beautiful Marina and the entire historic center of Paraty, the condominium is very quiet, wooded, with kind staff. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, high standard of finishing, good taste of decoration - gives the impression that the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. William is an excellent host, with tips on restaurants and tours in Paraty, shown to be attentive and helpful in our demands, I will recommend to many friends their stay there.

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

The stay at Eva's place was excellent. Although the key is in easy location, I would add the need for a reception with the host. I say this because of the need for conference on how the house is received (it would be a security for the hostess and the guest. The ad mentions the use of beach chairs and umbrella (which should be washed after use) and there are no such items for use (we no longer take it believing it would). The kitchen is quite complete, even had dishcloths. I missed a floor cloth for an eventual need for quick cleaning. Anyway, apart from this analysis of point issues, of easy resolution, we love the stay and we feel very satisfied!! You can book without fear!! Thank you very much, Eva!!

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and even better: it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all this!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay.
