We were very warmly welcomed with freshly baked cake and coffee from the whole family. It felt more like coming home. The place is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. All rooms are lovingly and very tastefully furnished. There is a pinboard with all the information about the property as well as everything nearby. The outdoor kitchen invites you to barbecue and in the pool we were able to relax superbly. The hammocks on the terrace were also used for our breaks. It was a wonderful stay for us and we can't wait to see you next time.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!

Our place was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The apartment is very clean, organized, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Very good leisure area in the condominium, with access to a swimming pool, park and ice maker. We are already planning to return and referring to friends.

Awesome indoor outdoor house in the historic district!

Although our stay was short, it was truly wonderful! The attention to detail, care, and warmth with which we were welcomed made all the difference. We felt genuinely at home. Additionally, it was inspiring to see the incredible support for local entrepreneurs, which enriches the community of Paraty and makes the experience even more special. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon! It’s also important to mention the spectacular breakfast, which is carefully prepared and thoughtfully served.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We felt welcome, in a large house very clean and well equipped. This is quite rare to be able to cook properly in Airbnb houses! Jacqueline is great, we appreciated the attention to details in her house. On top of it all, the best location for a Paraty visit.

Renata and Colin's place is an amazing getaway! The villa, super cozy and private, equipped with everything you need, is an invitation to take a break and slow down. The wi-fi works very well, there are no insects in the house (my biggest fear) and it was not difficult to go to the city (we had no car). It is a place where you have to accept to have contact with nature, make trail, dirty your shoes, listen to the river, so if this is your type of trip, you can go with faith!

What can we say about this season we've been through? Our stay here was excellent, wonderful! I am delighted with the house, every detail, all the care and excellence offered by the Hosts Jonas and his wife. The house is impeccably clean, it has everything we need from appliances to the barbecue, not to mention the rooms and all the furniture. For those from the Northeast who love a hammock, there is also one centrally located on the balcony overlooking the garden. Well-located house, close to the beach and the historic city. We love too much and super recommend!

Amazing, worth going !

The stay was great! The space and the landscaping is beautiful and the house is more beautiful than in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Township of 2 large markets and about 15 minutes walking to the historic center and pier that leave the boat rides. We carry our cachorra that has greatly taken advantage of the backyard. Even the little house being on the same plot as Gunter's house we feel private. He welcomed us very well. Pool a delight and deeper than I imagined! Voltaria more often.

Great place, we only had a little problem with the refrigerator the first day, as it wasn't freezing, but then it went back to work. Wenice is great, caring, caring. We were in a group with children and fit all perfectly, nobody went through tight. I recommend it!

Excellent stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful, full kitchen, spacious and well organized house. We were very well taken care of by Adriana. At night, with a clear sky, you can see the sky full of stars. The only point of attention is the dirt road on arrival, which for those who are not used to it, or in rainy seasons, can be a little scary. I went on days without rain and it was super quiet. We had a wonderful experience in this enchanting cottage in the middle of nature! The place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, welcoming and with incredible energy. The cake cherry was the exclusive access to the waterfall that is just behind the chalet! a true gift from nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The hosts were absolutely amazing: super helpful, considerate and kind from the first contact to the end of their stay. We feel very welcome and welcome. The only observation is about the internet, which is a little unstable, but considering that the chalet is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, this was already expected and did not even disturb our experience. In fact, it turned out to be a good reason to disconnect from the world and enjoy the present moment even more. I recommend with closed eyes for those seeking rest, nature and a special touch of hospitality!
