Marcos' house is very cozy and functional. Well located, both for those who want to go to the historic center and the beaches. The condominium is very quiet, we were able to rest. The nearby bakery was very convenient for breakfast with fresh French bread every day. Marcos maintained fast and effective communication, we hope to return soon.

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Paraty was simply wonderful, and much of that is due to the incredible house where we stayed. The house is exactly as shown in the photos – or even more beautiful in person! Very well decorated, modern, with spacious, comfortable and charming environments. Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with a very welcoming energy. The structure of the house provided us with very pleasant moments of rest and socializing. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the lighting to the utensils available. We really felt at home, with all the comforts we could wish for. The host was attentive, helpful and very kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Undoubtedly, it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had on Airbnb. We strongly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The location was also providential, as explained in the description, the place is a 5-minute drive from the Historic Center, a factor that for us, was essential to be able to enjoy the Festival and retreat when we got tired. Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and even better: it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all this!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay. Very nice apartment. Maybe a little tight for 4 adults but we were very comfortable. Claudia was always very attentive and gave us very useful suggestions. The place is very quiet and has beautiful beaches nearby. I recommend Sununga's. There is a supermarket nearby and a gas station very close by as well. The restaurant area is a bit far away but it's easy to get there by car. Everything was excellent!
