Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

The place is super charming and very well equipped, with a well-assembled kitchen, articulated projection screen, romantic lighting set and the countertop with built-in lighting. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building, just 1 flight of stairs, but a few steps from the urban center of Paraty and 500m from the historic center.
