Very well located house, almost on the seafront of Praia do Perequê Açu. It's literally a 2-minute walk. This beach is known for its good structure, calm sea and NIGHT LIGHTING, for those who are enemies of the end. If you want to visit other beaches, access to the main highway is 1 km away and if you want to go downtown, the distance is 2 km. There is an entire infrastructure in the neighborhood itself, with markets, pharmacies and bakeries two blocks away.
