Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos! Mariana always responded to us very quickly. The place is safe and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Too bad we didn't stay longer — it was a quick stay and we didn't even get to enjoy the condominium pool. My suggestion for the house would be to add an iron and put liquid hand soap in the bathroom. I'll definitely come back more times!”

Very well located apartment, with easy access to shopping and the center, in addition to the beach, of course. The accommodation is very comfortable and cozy. In addition, the neighborhood of Pereque is very incredible, it has a beach, river, mangrove, museum, Aquarium, speedboat rides, surf lessons, restaurants for all budgets and all this is very close to the apartment, we did everything on foot. Very good place with an amazing view and walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Not very accessible if you have any mobility problems but if you don't this place is great! Elaine is very good host, responsive and have good local knowledge and tips. Would stay there again.

I stayed in the apartment to participate in the cycling race (Gran Cup Ubatuba) and the location is excellent, very close to the red beach (starting point). Ykaro's flexible check-in and check-out was a great help, and he always responded promptly to answer any questions that arose. The place is quiet and exactly as shown in the photos. Next time, I think I'll stay in the same place.

The house is beautiful and has an intelligent architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with various utensils and appliances, which was very welcome for our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful, the atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. I dare say the place is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything is extremely clean and organized, everything is working perfectly. The space has all the utensils for preparing meals on site, cleaning supplies, clothesline for hanging clothes, beach chairs, etc. Quiet check in and check out. I recommend it without fear.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. Studio exactly as in the photos. The location is excellent, the window overlooks only nature and the sea, so privacy is guaranteed. Everything is very clean and thoughtful in every detail. It was very helpful to have salt, sugar, olive oil, a new sink scrubber, detergent, hygiene products, in short, all the details that make a big difference in an Airbnb! Thank you for that, Chris!
