Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

I spent a wonderful weekend in this apartment! The space is perfect, very cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is excellent, super quiet and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Host Aline was super helpful and flexible, even allowing a more relaxed checkout time, which made all the difference on our last day. The only thing I missed was some basic items, such as dishcloths, floor cloths and rugs in the bathrooms, which would make a difference in everyday comfort. But other than that, everything was impeccable! I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to those looking for rest and practicality in a beautiful place!

The stay is beachfront, and the accommodation I stayed in has a large balcony, with a great view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is very good! It is very important to pay attention to all of Marcia's instructions, as the accommodation does not have bed, table or bath linens, and you need to bring plastic bags to collect the trash. If you come by car along the indicated path, you may be unlucky enough to catch a high tide, which leaves the passage to the beach flooded, and it is risky to pass with certain cars. But there is a way to go around another street and enter the accommodation from above. It was a great experience, I'd go back!

Her place is like a dream! The house is beautiful furnished and the view is amazing! She is a great host. I also like that you can walk to the beach. This place is worth every penny and for sure I’m coming back!

Great apartment! It's on the main street of the city, you can do everything on foot. There's a lot of movement at night, but nothing absurd, you can sleep peacefully. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom and shower with good pressure. Communication with Newton is very good, he always responds promptly and is very kind. I'll come back more often!!!!

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.
