Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. The stay was excellent, everything was exactly as described and as we expected. We achieved our goal, which was to spend the holiday with the little dogs away from the hustle and bustle, and the accommodation provided us with that. They loved the yard and the space, they were very comfortable. The house is in a very quiet and safe condominium. Patrícia answered all the questions I had, always super helpful. The villa is beautiful. No complaints. Exactly as described - in fact, pics don't do it justice. Open plan living/dinning/kitchen worked perfectly for our group of 5. The terrace space overlooking the "jungle" and water beyond was lovely to relax on, and well appointed with seating and lounging chairs and BBQ. Downstairs bedrooms were very spacious, all with ensuite.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing view and good location. The sea in front of the house is rough, but with a 10-minute walk you reach Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for swimming. The beach in front of the house is not crowded even during holidays, providing plenty of privacy. The house next door may have noisy guests.

The stay was great, home exactly as in the pictures and perfect for three people. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. On the first night there was a lot of wind, which enters through some parties of doors and windows, watch out for this if you have light sleep or trouble sleeping with the whistles or sounds of trees and bamboos. The only flat point was garbage on the beach, many plastic bottles.

More beautiful place than the photos, super safe, Dona Georgina is wonderful, I fell in love with the place! Everything was very impeccable, I felt right at home. The location is sensational, close to everything and with the Matinhos around, which gives it all the charm and brings even more peace! They are very friendly and even welcome us in a unique way.
