We had a great stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

The house is super cozy, exactly as shown in the photos! It is close to the beach, shopping and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot on the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space as well! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was great, we definitely want to go back!

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

The house corresponds to the listing and the photos. Pool with protection for children and the space of the house is super yummy and the neighborhood is super quiet. Rose and Chris were super-suicitous. We will definitely return!

The house is a delight, very large, amazing view and good location. The sea in front of the house is rough, but with a 10-minute walk you reach Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for swimming. The beach in front of the house is not crowded even during holidays, providing plenty of privacy. The house next door may have noisy guests.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

The accommodation is simple, comfortable and fully functional. There is space to park the car safely, gate control is provided. The access roads are not paved, but this did not hinder the experience at all. The accommodation is very close to Lagoinha beach. I'll be back more often.

Wonderful place, even better than in the photos. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in in Tabatinga. Friendly hostess and always willing to help with any questions. I highly recommend it for a couple looking for a different beach experience.

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in a great location, with a market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The space has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to stay in exactly the same place!
