Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Architects' Beach House with Privileged View

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

PÉ NA AREIA beach house. The house is located on a PRIVATE beach in Ubatuba. If you look at the opening photo, it's the one with the extensive lawn. You will have an exclusive beach for your entire stay. That's what enjoying the beach is all about. It's just 20 steps to the sand! Here you can really enjoy the beach and not face traffic or crowds. Look for us on the ubatubacasatemporada networks (all together). Ideal for family enjoyment. We do not accept parties or events, nor loud noise.

Em menos de um minuto caminhando, você estará tocando as águas da praia. 📍 Localização: A poucos minutos andando da charmosa Lagoa Azul e a apenas 5 minutos de carro de supermercado, farmácia e conveniências. Estamos a 20 minutos do centro de Caraguatatuba e a cerca de 1 hora da Ilha Bela e São Sebastião.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Casa esta localizada na Praia do Pontal da Cruz (ver através do App Waze, pois o Google Map reconhece como Praia do Partido, mas o endereço esta certo). Casa térrea ampla com terreno de 1700 m2, de frente para o mar. Piscina com profundidade para todas as crianças e adultos, lindo jardim com coqueiros e arvores a beira da praia e churrasqueira a beira da piscina. Passeios de barco rápido acesso a Ilhabela e praias próximas de São Sebastião (a combinar).

Egypt bungalow overlooking the sea! :)

5 themed bungalows in a gated community on the beautiful Siriúba beach in the north of the island. All with exclusive access and ocean views. This is a bit of the Egypt bungalow. New and safe space. In addition to the accommodation with bed and bath linens, we offer, at no additional cost, 1 beach kit with 1 umbrella with a pump for fixing it in the sand, 1 cooler, and 2 beach chairs, one with a tray for holding glasses.

The house has a stunning view, but it is located on top of a hill in the historic center of Ilhabela, in Vila, which makes it possible to have a view of the center, Ilhabela Yacht Club and the São Sebastião canal. The climb is very steep to reach the house. However, it is approximately 5 minutes by car from the historic center, restaurant, market, pharmacy, bank and beach of the village and saco da capela.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
