Quiet and well located, 3 blocks from the sea, 100 m from the Bistek supermarket and 6 blocks from the Tramandaí boardwalk. Apt with everything you need for your convenience and in the best location. Quiet and cordial neighbors and very clean and safe social environments. Good for family. Kitchen with micro, oven, barbecue, washer and dry clothes machine, Smart TV, Wi-fi, air cond. in the couple's bedroom and garage for 1 car. We do not have towels and linen. Do not perm. animals. Energy 110w.

In addition, the cleaning is impeccable and the location is excellent. The reception is also always highly praised, as we are committed to having fast and accessible communication.
