Closed courtyard with space for two cars, back patio and a nice barbecue. The house is located in the center of Tramandaí beach, 10 blocks from the sea. It has two bedrooms, both with a double bed and an additional single bed in each bedroom. Both rooms have fans. In the kitchen, microwave and utensils for ease ;)

Located one block from the sea, the condominium has a small square, game room, bocce ball court, soccer field, barbecues, restaurant/mini-market, parking, 24-hour security. The large patio and all the grass has a lot of shade. The apartment, although small, is cozy and comfortably accommodates 5 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a trundle bed plus an auxiliary bed. A full kitchen, fridge, microwave, electric oven are also at your disposal.
