Terraço Gaia is located on Prumirim beach, with a beautiful view of the sea, islands and mountains. It is 200 meters from the Prumirim Waterfall. The loft has a kitchen equipped with a duplex refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, blender and utensils. In the living room, there is a sofa with an extra single bed, a 32" Smart TV, a Roku Smart Box, Sky and Wi-Fi. Cozy suite with 1 double box bed, separate coat racks and niches, toilet and shower. Terrace to enjoy the view, barbecue. Waterfall on the property.

The house is not luxurious but it is cozy. Access is via a 250-meter path that starts at the beach and must be covered on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent, and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). The path and stairs are illustrated in the photos. The house is not very tall for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally owned by fishermen, it was bought and renovated by my parents, with whom I spent some very good times there. Voltage: 110 V

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
