The apartment is impeccable. Ideal for 4 people with very well-equipped rooms. The balcony with a barbecue and ocean view was the best part of the place. Ana is always very polite and responsive in her answers and directions. We loved it very much and it is certainly a place to return to more often!

During the stay, everything went perfectly well, excellent service and super organized and clean apartment. The host was super attentive and even left some treats (which we loved). The apartment was in great condition, very well equipped kitchen and I would like to emphasize the sofa bed that is super comfortable and large. Full laundry and a larger balcony than we imagined. The location is really close to Beto Carreiro (we walked 20 minutes) and the beach too (less than 5 minutes to get there). The building's organization is very good and safe, functional gym and has 2 elevators (one social and one for bathers).

The hosts were very kind, responding quickly and assisted us at check-in. The apartment is very good, it has all the utensils we need on a daily basis. Quiet and cozy place, we felt at home. We'll be back shortly .

Quiet accommodation, everything very clean and organized, there are several leisure options in the building such as a swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive, made us feel at ease, gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants, anyway, I will certainly recommend it to my friends and will return more often, we did not take much advantage of the leisure that the building offered because we went out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... anyway, we simply loved it

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — in fact, it's even better! Throughout my stay, the host was super attentive and always responded quickly. The place was impeccably clean and we had access to the entire leisure area of the condominium, which is simply perfect. My daughter loved it! There is a toy library, game room, several swimming pools... it is an excellent space for families. Another very positive point is the market behind the condominium, with fair prices. And the best part: we can take the shopping cart to the apartment and then return it with ease. I asked to check in a little early and, since I was with a child, it made all the difference. Priscila was extremely helpful and empathetic with the situation, which made me even more comfortable. The location is also great: just 10 minutes from Beto Carrero and about 35 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. Since I stayed four days, there was time to enjoy a little bit of everything — it was wonderful!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

The stay was very good!! The apartment is as it is announced, great accommodations, gas shower and with good pressure, the barbecue is great, cleaning the rooms and laundry utensils. Very comfortable, has everything needed for a comfortable accommodation. Full cooking utensils (pots, dishes, appliances). I already had a gallon of new and closed water, toilet paper in the bathrooms, hair dryer, products and cleaning supplies, various outlets available. Your Ambrosio is really nice and polite. It was worth the go!
