Tiago's apartment is outstanding! Very well located, close to the beach – we walked there every day. The space is well equipped, with everything we need to cook during the stay. The condominium is cozy and, although we have not used it, we realized that it is great for those with children. Tiago was super attentive from start to finish, and the co-hosts who welcomed us were extremely receptive and friendly, giving us all the necessary support. We highly recommend it!

Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

Simply wonderful! The house is a true seaside retreat, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view. Waking up to the sound of waves and birds was a unique and invigorating experience. The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was very well cared for, fragrant and tidy in every detail. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for those seeking rest and connection with nature. Host Rodrigo was amazing: attentive, helpful and always available to help, without being invasive. You can see that he really cares about the guest experience. It was a perfect stay in all ways. A 10 for cleanliness, quiet and hospitality. I already miss it and want to come back! And what a view of the sea… just steps from the beach 😊

The apartment is delicious. It's beautiful, functional, comfortable, charming! Haissa's concern to please his guests is clearly evident. The view of the sea is dazzling - simply a delight to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. I traveled with my family. We fell in love with the AP. We will certainly be back many times. The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises over the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and crabs, it was a very cool experience to fish as a family and prepare what we caught for the meal. In the back there is a beautiful tree with a swing, a bench in the shade and a dock, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie who love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing overlooking the pond, which you could see them playing even while we prepared meals. At night, lamps add an even more special charm to the scenery and allow you to continue enjoying it. Well-equipped kitchen and other amenities serve the stay very well. We had very precious moments in this house, with beautiful and very happy days as a family. The host was very attentive and helpful in all matters.

Very nice house. Super comfortable. A very helpful and attentive host whenever we need him. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

We very much like the house, very close to the beach, air-conditioning in all the rooms, great location, very close to the beach, extremely kind host, in short, it was very pleasant our stay, I certainly recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nelly, a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well-kept furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the internet in the house is great, comfortable living room, barbecue space, everything is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, I recommend it and I will certainly come back more times😍

We stay in a simply wonderful house! Impeccable in every detail — extremely clean, organized, full of charm and comfort. The structure was complete, with everything we needed and a little more. Best of all? Foot in the sand! We woke up to the sound of the sea and, in a few steps, we had our feet on the beach. A true paradise! The children had too much fun, could play freely in the sand, run, explore... It was a rest for the adults and pure joy for the little ones. The place is amazing, super quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy unforgettable days with the family. We want to go back now!

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and also to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, 24-hour laundry. It was worth every penny, and Mrs. Detinha is a lovely person, always available and with immeasurable affection. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
