Entire apartment, ideal for families visiting beaches, Beto Carrero Park and the beauties of Santa Catarina. Cozy, we furnish it with affection as if it were for our family's use. We're two blocks from the sea. The condominium is a Home Club, where you will enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, kiosks, children's playground, soccer field and game room. We have adopted hygiene measures and receive our guests remotely via our 24-hour surveillance company's app. You will be welcome.

It is situated 250 meters from the sea and close to beautiful beaches, a 15-minute drive to Beto Carrero Park, 35 minutes to Navegantes airport and 35 km to Balneário Camboriú. Security system throughout the building. Near the market, bakery and banks.
