Perfect stay, the loft is incredible, the host is very attentive, we stayed the weekend and I have no words to praise, a 1000. I'll be back more often!!

The apartment is exactly as described, I felt in my own apartment, all beautiful, organized, with utensils in the kitchen, air conditioning, the decoration is beautiful, has an oven, microwave and even watering hole! Since we don't like bustling beach we end up going to other beaches, but it's nearby too to get around. I'll definitely come back more often. The Hosts are to be congratulated!!!

The great place to stay, especially if you consider the distance from the beach, the otimos kioskes and the square next door that has a lot of trailers at night. It is very close to Cocanha. Quiet and comfortable but the building and the apartment has stairs then beware of the size of the bags or shopping. In addition, the owner is super attentive and clarified all doubts, 10, I recommend it.

We really liked the accommodation, everything was clean, and in order, great location, and security. I only have one small reservation: For elderly people, the stairs leading to the rooms are dangerous. It should be noted in the listing. Everything else, the house is great, quiet, and well located. Very helpful hostess. We enjoyed the experience, we intend to return, only without my mother-in-law, because of the stairs.

The house is super cozy, exactly as shown in the photos! It is close to the beach, shopping and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot on the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space as well! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was great, we definitely want to go back!

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when due to the mosquito there is a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, in the whole city there is! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Apart from this tip everything perfect, we will return

Amazing property a 5-minute walk to Martin de Sá beach! With a large, well-kept pool, the house still surprises with two gardens – one in the charming courtyard, and the other in the backyard, where a pair of canaries delight. The outdoor area is perfect for alfresco dining, with two barbecues and a wood-fired pizza oven. Inside the house, comfort reigns: two cozy rooms – one with a TV and wooden details, ideal for movies, and the other without a TV, next to the fireplace, perfect for family moments. The kitchen is complete, the rooms are spacious (all equipped with a ceiling fan) and the mezzanine becomes a little corner to relax or play. The garage holds 4 cars, except for pick-ups. I will definitely return. Host Talita is attentive and proactive, ensuring a perfect stay!

Nataly is a hostess dream, extremely solicitous, kind and flexible. The house is perfect, it was one of our best accommodations! We are sure to be back soon. If you're in doubt about renting this property, don't stay, you won't regret anything at all.

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!

Extremely beautiful house, all photos match the listing. The rooms are airy, especially the third. The pool was great, the bed, table and bath were impeccable. The housekeeper is very proactive, we have nothing to complain about.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

It was all very good, the bad thing is that the weather was a little overcast, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite rough, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to Cocanha beach, arriving there, we really liked the place, I recommend it and would come back again, very clean and organized place, everything very good

Thanks Giovanna for hosting us! It has a very good location, there is a market nearby, a bakery and the beach is two blocks away. I would stay here again
