Cozy and newly renovated apartment in front of Martim de Sá beach, with air-conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, and a 42-inch TV with Netflix released for you to watch. Our apartment does not have a view of the beach, but as soon as you leave the building, just cross the street and you will already be on the beach without the need to be driving around in traffic. We have a preference for renting to couples and families. We do not rent to groups.
