Everything is good, no comments, because the building is at the foot of the sand, where the seawater hits the building, and the apartment overlooks the entire sea and its surroundings. From the apartment you can see Pedra do Jacaré and the beautiful island.

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

we found everything perfect, cleaning, household utilities available. but it needs to be fumigated, lots of ants in the kitchen sink, in the sink, on the bathroom floor. we can't cut food in the kitchen sink. we had to boil water and throw it in the sink. it was the only inconvenience we found.

We were in two families and there was no squeeze or discomfort of any kind, but were in the autumn when it was not too hot, although it has several fans. The apartment is well assembled and beautiful, the tv is excellent, a very well equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances and the service area has a washer. It has two garage spaces being one fixed in front of the apartment and another rotating within the condominium, the latter being ideal for those who have a large car, because the one in front is a little short. We will definitely return as soon as there is a chance!
