A fully equipped shared kitchen is available to all guests – perfect for cooking together or relaxing evenings. The basement features an inviting fireplace room, which can be used as a common room, seminar room, or for small celebrations. Here you'll also find a small sauna, a second kitchen, restrooms, a terrace, and an additional bedroom (sleeping 2 people). This unit can be booked directly upon request – ideal for groups of 7 or more. Special rates apply for Airbnb guests, and additional charges apply. Saunas with a lake view are also available. The City of Berlin levies a 7.5 per cent bed tax per night; this amount is included in your price.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge.
