Our apartment offers three large rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms in a quiet, convenient location. Notes: During the European Football Championship the apartment will be available for 2 people max, (possibly with 2 children from 12 years). Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

Welcome to our charming Remise in one of Berlin's most beautiful neighborhood! We have lovingly renovated this unique historic building and furnished it to the highest standards. Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Exclusive glamping site

GLAMPING NUTHETAL is a retreat of a very special kind. Right outside the gates of Potsdam and Berlin is the approximately 1200 m² property. On the property there are 3 GLAMPING tents as well as 2 houses with bathrooms and kitchen. The 18 m² "Starlight" tent with space for 4 people, as well as two smaller 3 x 3 m tents ("Sunset" & "Sunrise"), each with space for 2 people. If you book for 10 people, we'll set up an extra tent or two people will sleep in the house, whatever you want.

Cosy flat at Boxhagener Platz

A spacious 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain. The place is very cosy to stay at, it's ideally located 100m away from Boxhagener Platz in an adjacent street, so you could experience the lively atmosphere of one of the best spots in Berlin and at the same time have it quite and peaceful at night, the bedroom windows are facing the backyard. The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.

Condominium with rooftop terrace + home office

After exciting Berlin adventures, spend relaxing hours in my condominium. The sunny apartment of the “immergrün” residential complex lives up to its name: It has a planted balcony and a 38 square meter green roof terrace with views over Berlin. It is also great for a workation with a home office space and fast Wi-Fi. Despite its proximity to the city center, the neighborhood and the apartment are quietly located and the neighbors are very friendly and tidy.

Willkommen in meiner schönen hellen Wohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs. Das große Wohnzimmer hat eine offene Küche, einen Balkon und eine Heimkinoanlage mit Beamer. Direkt über der Wohnung ist eine große gemeinschaftlich genutzte Dachterrasse. Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der U-Bahnhof Südstern sind direkt vor der Tür. Nebenan befindet sich der Volkspark Hasenheide. Das einzigartige Tempelhofer Feld ist nur einen 15minütigen Fußweg entfernt.

Havel view with marina and to feel good

Havel pure and unadulterated to feel good and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the Scheunhornweg marina (see Internet portal). Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.

Hoch oben im gelben Eckhaus am Park: Viele Quadratmeter und die Möglichkeit, bis zu 12 Gäste unterzubringen, erlauben es, von hier aus mit der ganzen Familie und mit Freunden Berlin zu erobern und zu Feiern! Ein Mal-Atelier im Dachgestühl, selbst errichtet. Wir sind Künstlerin und Designer und haben einen Malsaal, ein Schlafzimmer, eine grosse Wohnküche, ein Wellness-Bad und ein Gäste- und Spielzimmer passgenau eingebaut. Das ist Eure Unterkunft!

Living amidst art — your special retreat along the Elbe Cycle Route in Burg. With private terrace and parking! Welcome to Villa Krocker — where history, art, and modern comfort blend into a truly unique experience. Originally built in the Roaring Twenties as the home of a leather glove manufacturer, the villa was lovingly restored between 2018 and 2022 and honored with the Federal Award for Craftsmanship in Monument Preservation.

Living at the Theaterpark

The apartment (approx. 48 square meters) is located on the mezzanine floor with six steps to the separate entrance of the apartment. It is located on the northeastern edge of the Theaterpark, right in the center of the city. From all rooms you can see the Theaterpark in front of our property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking (property is fully fenced) is available right by the property.
