The basement features an inviting fireplace room, which can be used as a common room, seminar room, or for small celebrations. Here you'll also find a small sauna, a second kitchen, restrooms, a terrace, and an additional bedroom (sleeping 2 people). This unit can be booked directly upon request – ideal for groups of 7 or more. Special rates apply for Airbnb guests, and additional charges apply. Saunas with a lake view are also available. Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Supermarkets are within easy reach. Car parks, bicycles and a canoe are available. Exploring the surrounding area or trips to Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding countryside are easy from here. The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

A beautifully furnished, modern, and rustically furnished apartment with 110 square meters of living space and an 8 square meter terrace awaits you. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.

Relax in the countryside or 1 night for cycling tourists

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
