Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Quiet lakeside accommodation with terrace

The bungalow is situated on a private property with a marina. There are terraces to linger on the water. The jetty leads to a bathing platform for bathing and lounging. It has a kitchenette, shower room, heating and air conditioning in modern furnishings. The living room is very well heated. The bathroom has infrared heating. Within walking distance you can reach the stops of the ÖVP to Potsdam and Berlin. No parties or celebrations!

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

A magical place, the cottage is surrounded by nature on a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cottage was created with loving work and is newly built. The goal was to offer modern comfort (Wi-Fi, warm water and comfortable beds) in a rustic style. The hot tub can be booked on site (€40 per stay) Charcoal, lighters and wood will be provided. Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
