The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a public parking lot 5 min by foot which costs 4 CHF per day. The train station is also 5 min by foot.

Since we live with our 4 children and dogs on the upper floor, there is always someone there if you need something.

Le Prese is also very close, where you can stroll comfortably by the lake. Or you can take the Bernina Express, which takes you over the circular viaduct of Brusio (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to Tirano.
