This BnB was very beautifully decorated, my family and I wanted to stay close by as we were eloping in the area and what made this BnB so perfect was the fact they owned the second one next door, meaning our family had lots of space and we could walk between each others houses without needing to get into the car. The home itself self was very well equipped with everything we needed, so many utensils and crockery. Denise & Henrik went above and beyond for my partner and I to ensure the space was perfect for our wedding day stay on Phillip Island. They were both very informative and helpful and was available for support for any questions we needed.

Great house and Mark was really accomodating. Would recommend to anyone, views are amazing.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Waking up each morning to the majestic sea views was a real highlight — it was peaceful, relaxing, and absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is modern, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy living spaces. Its location was perfect for us — just a short drive to the Penguin Parade, which was a memorable experience, and close to Cowes for dining, shopping, and exploring. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee with the ocean as our backdrop or coming back after a day out, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic getaway!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much Trudi and Ben you have the most stunning little piece of paradise in Rye and we thank you so much for letting us enjoy our stay this past weekend.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

10/10 Stay! Our weekend away before Christmas was perfect. Melodie made the stay so painless and easy. The house itself was so well thought out with comfy beds, a clean and lovely pool and firewood for the fire. The outdoor area was unreal also and where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Such a beautiful and peaceful location nestled into the dunes. It was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend spent with friends cooking, walking and swimming. We hope to be back again one day.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lovely pool and fireplace were a standout for us. Spacious, quiet and CLEAN! Friendly, prompt, and easy communication. I’ve never been to an air bnb where the wine glasses sparkle lol. Everything was just so clean. Our pup enjoyed running around in the front garden. Worth every cent and will be back for sure!!! We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Such a great place to stay in a really nice and quiet spot. House was a great size for our group of 6 adults and the space works really well

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We had a wonderful stay at Polly’s. Exactly as described, very comfortable, couldn’t fault it.

We had such a great stay – the place has a cool surfer lodge vibe and felt super cozy for a winter getaway. The spa and sauna were luxurious additions and made it feel like a real treat. Beds were really comfy, check-in was a breeze, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do on the peninsula. Everything ran smoothly and we left feeling totally refreshed – would love to come back!

We love eating out so perfect for us to walk to the restaurants for a meal and wine. Even walking distance to portsea pub. Definitely stay here again
