Very nice place, well placed with a vehicle. Very responsive communication with the host. Especially what we liked were the facilities of the house. (Card game, ball, condiments….) There's nothing missing, even water in the fridge when you arrive. Thanks for everything, we'll be back.

Very good, check-in was facilitated by someone waiting for us, which I always appreciate. Place is private, clean, and has a very unique charm. The host is responsive and helpful.

Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool and spa is a real haven of peace, with breathtaking views of the Corsican mountains – a simply magical setting to relax at any time of the day. The location is ideal: quiet, while being close to Porto-Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches in the region. The welcome was warm, the communication fluid and responsive from start to finish. A big thank you to our host for his hospitality and attention. We will come back without hesitation!

Perfect accommodation for a quiet family stay. With a little one of 20 months, we didn't miss anything, everything was perfect. Very relaxing place with everything you need to have a pleasant time (heated pool and jacuzzi in particular). Serena was very responsive and friendly. We'd love to come back!

This is a fantastic little villa with the most amazing view. One of the best I’ve seen in Corsica. Marina was a brilliant host and communicated quickly and clearly. She made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a week with friends. Very well-equipped, we had everything we needed, everything worked perfectly. The house is as advertised and as shown in the photos and met our expectations. The environment is peaceful and the view is amazing. The house was ready sooner than expected, so we were even able to access it earlier! The only small downside: waking up to vacate the house at 9 a.m. (even if we understand that it is to allow time to clean everything :-))

With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

A great accommodation for 2 families and 2 dogs, the hosts have always responded quickly to questions, it was an uncomplicated communication. It was nice to experience the alpacas so close and in the end our children even got an alpaca cuddly toy. For us, the remote location was perfect, the drive to the beautiful beaches was still not very far!

This villa is a haven of peace, ideal for a family. It offers large living spaces allowing everyone to enjoy optimal comfort. In addition, the immediate proximity to the beach allows you to fully enjoy the pleasures of the seaside.

Very nice accommodation with a great view from the terrace and even more from the pool. Clean and very well-equipped, we stayed at 3 and the sofa bed was very comfortable. Very warm welcome. The exchanges before and during the stay were very responsive, pleasant and clear. Very good location for visiting the south east of Corsica. Address to be advised and kept!

Ideal place for a family moment "far from everything" but close to everything. The place is beautiful and perfectly maintained with beautiful vines and beautiful mountain views. It is also geographically perfectly located halfway with the beaches of porto-Vecchio to the east and Bonifacio and the beaches of the "cape" south . Finally, an important point for us, the house is perfectly equipped to cook both inside and out including to receive friends (equipment to make large fish/meats in the oven or in the bbq:)... we are already looking forward to coming back

At the end of the GR20, Cathy's place was ideal. We were warmly welcomed by Cathy who was very attentive and allowed us to access the accommodation earlier than scheduled. Everything is very qualitative in the accommodation and everything necessary is present. The environment is beautiful. We were able to enjoy the pool, the outdoors and had a great time. for checkout, Cathy even offered to let us leave the accommodation later given the absence of a tenant after us, a real plus. In short, incredible accommodation and host, we strongly advise you to stay there!

Very friendly and discreet hosts, pleasant accommodation, quiet, only the fridge provided was a little small but they made a little space for us in the garage fridge so that's it. Ideally located for sightseeing, plus quiet.

We had a great time in the South of Corsica and Florence's apartment. Very good communication with the concierge who could be accommodating. New apartment, very well-equipped and very well located, 5 min walk from the entrance to the citadel and very close to the port. No problem parking in front of the residence and the pool is a plus. We highly recommend.

Irène is a very good host. She greeted us personally and said goodbye at the end. The apartment looks even more charming in reality than in the photos and is well equipped. The terrace has great views. All about a successful stay.

We really enjoyed the house, which is very bright with a very well-equipped kitchen. It is a very nice house, with a beautiful sunset on the mountains that can be seen from the pool terrace. A small technical pool ladder issue following a previous rental earned us a small refund on the price paid for the unsolicited rental. Very good owners. I highly recommend this house to explore the Suf part of Corsica. For the children of the Plat Pays, of which I am one, the Corsican mountains are high, it is in our interest to hang on to the hairpin roads. I recommend the road along the coast, despite a possible traffic jam...

We had a wonderful stay at Corinne's villa. The accommodation was very clean, well-equipped and ideally located for exploring the surroundings. Corinne and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and availability, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa without hesitation!

Laurent and Stéphanie's villa is really in the center of everything there is to see in the south of Corsica while remaining away from the noise and the world. The setting and the view are great, as is the interior and the comfort of the villa which is perfectly adapted for 6 people (even adults)!!! This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Beautiful apartment! We already knew the residence from having stayed there last year but we needed one more room this year. Everything is there in terms of equipment. The decor is nice, the terrace is shaded, the small garden and its outdoor shower are very nice. In short, if you're looking for a place to stay 2 steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, secure, quiet and with a large heated pool (collective), look no further

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. Really lovely place, spacious and comfortable. A beautiful garden with a larger than average heated pool which was a real treat. Not far from Palombaggia beach which is gorgeous. Also close to an excellent supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. Only slight problem was lack of internet, but it is supposed to be a holiday I guess! Very peaceful environment and such beautiful bird song all around. First time I have ever heard a nightingale! Thank you Olivia.

The week spent in the accommodation was superb. Very good location close to the beaches with a wonderful sea view. Ideal home for a magical time with family.
