With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

Excellent! A perfect stay!! with a hostess who really plans everything and even more in the house!! Hélène is very welcoming, thoughtful and anticipates the smallest details to make the stay perfect! Pool and Jaccuzi, a real plus to make this stay unforgettable! the location is very good, at the beginning of Cap Corse, 10 minutes from Bastia! a bird's-eye view of the sea from the accommodation! thanks Hélène!

We had a lovely week-long stay with friends in the Villa des Merles. Incredible views, very comfortable house, very easy and friendly contact with the concierge. We recommend it 100%.

Bonjour, There were two of us in Caesar's cottage, the views are incredible from the pool. The cottage is cocooning and resembles the photos offered by Caesar. We loved this place! Caesar is smiling, welcoming and warm! I highly recommend it.:)

Ideal place for a family moment "far from everything" but close to everything. The place is beautiful and perfectly maintained with beautiful vines and beautiful mountain views. It is also geographically perfectly located halfway with the beaches of porto-Vecchio to the east and Bonifacio and the beaches of the "cape" south . Finally, an important point for us, the house is perfectly equipped to cook both inside and out including to receive friends (equipment to make large fish/meats in the oven or in the bbq:)... we are already looking forward to coming back

Positive points: - total change of scenery - good hosting - villa in the middle of the countryside - each bedroom has its own bathroom -Heatedpool - responsiveness to requests - towels and linens available. Cons: - access road to the sheepfold is very degraded - Bed linen for children absent despite knowing the number of people (7) when booking - some bulbs out of order - ⁠TVs in the rooms did not work - ⁠XPTV is not working very well. - lack of a lot of cutlery and pans especially for 7 people - No breakfast (photos on the website). - The bedroom doors do not close from the outside and the keys to the shutters do not allow you to secure your luggage. - Lack of shower curtains at the bathtub in the bedrooms - The bidet is not connected so no water (bedroom near dining room) - 2 slats broken bunk bed and the bed squeaks a lot - no duplicate keys when there are many of us

Corsica and stay are recommended; super nice views, on the island you can walk fantastically and an hour later you are on the beach. We have been there for two weeks and not a moment bored. Isabella is very friendly and helpful. You do need to speak French. The house is very nicely furnished, was sparkling clean and is well equipped; various pans, cutlery, oven, microwave, etc. Beds are firm but good. A few points of attention: - space outside and inside is slightly smaller than expected. For us, the two of us, this was no problem at all. - the air change makes noise, we are not used to it. - you have to drive 10 minutes for shops (Spar is fine). Too stylish and far to walk - the driveway to the house is very steep and you have to make a sharp turn. This is easy to do for experienced riders. Another tip, Plage de Santa Giulia, a 15-minute drive, is really nice. In short, we are very positive and can highly recommend it.

I had a perfect stay at Bérangère's accomodation and enjoyed wunderful days near Calcatoggio! The view is absolutely stunning and the flat is very lovingly designed. Yes, there is a road above the house, but it didn't bother me, it was still pleasently quiet. The electricity consumption (especially for heating) was also fine for winter conditions (between 2-5 degrees at night), about 5 euros per day. 2 things you should know, car needed and there is another accomodation of Bérangère right next to it. Absolute recommendation and I would love to come back! Thank you so much Bérangère and François!

We felt very comfortable right after arriving at the house. A small water damage was immediately repaired. The location is great, the GR20 starts virtually right by the house. Parking is a bit difficult, but about 200m away free of charge in a large parking lot. Enough restaurants are within walking distance, as are bakeries and a butcher. We liked it so much that we would go on vacation there again.

We really enjoyed the house, which is very bright with a very well-equipped kitchen. It is a very nice house, with a beautiful sunset on the mountains that can be seen from the pool terrace. A small technical pool ladder issue following a previous rental earned us a small refund on the price paid for the unsolicited rental. Very good owners. I highly recommend this house to explore the Suf part of Corsica. For the children of the Plat Pays, of which I am one, the Corsican mountains are high, it is in our interest to hang on to the hairpin roads. I recommend the road along the coast, despite a possible traffic jam...

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

Laurent and Stéphanie's villa is really in the center of everything there is to see in the south of Corsica while remaining away from the noise and the world. The setting and the view are great, as is the interior and the comfort of the villa which is perfectly adapted for 6 people (even adults)!!! Laurent is a typical Corsican character who deserves to be known and basta 😜 thank you for your welcome and surely see you soon

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

My stay at Gisèle's was absolutely perfect! The welcome was warm, the communication smooth and the apartment exactly as described—even better! Everything was clean, well-equipped, very cozy and you can feel that the host really puts their heart into providing a great experience. Gisèle is a golden host! Upon arrival, you can feel at home thanks to her warm welcome. I recommend it without hesitating and would definitely stay again!

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Thank you very much for the great service, we'll be back in 2026!

Let me tell you, this is a rare find. It is better than the photos show, although the photos are striking! Not only the views are immaculate, but there is this perfect serenity, only the birds singing and insects chirping. And all the scents of the hundreds of plants. The place is super clean and private, you can be naked there and no one will see you. The kitchen and the house has everything you might need. The kitchen is equipped very well. I especially loved Illy coffee machine (Conrad provided the capsules for our convenience). The shared pool we always used alone and actually never saw any other guests at all. The wonderful Polumbaggia beach is very close, but it is safer to drive there. Conrad was always very responsive and gave us lots of information. We were staying with kids and found eating out quite expensive everywhere. But Conrad recommended L'Ondella, which we really loved and the prices were good. In any case we will surely return, this is a perfect holiday spot.
