Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

The flat is stylish, comfortable and quiet and offers all the comforts, a brand new kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities. Lovely veranda and 2 private gardens where you can enjoy sea view, the sound of the waves and beautiful sunset. Included in the flat the use of a beach umbrella and 2 sun lounges in either one of the 2 stunning private beaches.

Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers). N.B. Extra è dovuta L'IMPOSTA di SOGGIORNO.
