The host Simone is a spectacular person, extremely careful, attentive and kind. Since my flight arrived at dawn, he picked me up without me asking. Before I arrived, I asked for directions to places to visit and he gave me a fantastic itinerary. In addition, my reservation would expire the day after my departure and he also, without me requesting it, changed it so that I would have a refund. The apartment is extremely well located, with everything new and clean, exactly as described in the listing. The city of Olbia has a strategic location for visiting several beaches in the region. I highly recommend this trip.

Great cozy place feels like home.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

We had a great time at Alessandro's who is very welcoming, friendly. Very clean, modern, well-equipped accommodation with sea view terrace. Alessandro, his wife and daughter Irene are very responsive, they gave us good advice for restaurants, places to visit nearby I really recommend this listing. See you soon

Beautiful room overlooking water in a remote neighborhood up in the hills. Marina was awesome in helping with where to eat because it is remote. Quiet and very clean. Has everything you need. She is also very clear and communicative about how to get there which can be tricky at night. Overall we loved our time there!

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.

Gloria is 100% reliable, organized and thought of everything! It gives tips for markets and neighboring places. She responds immediately or in a few minutes! The location is perfect for relaxing and you can retreat to the cute apartment after excursions and enjoy the magnificent view at any time of day! The supermarket is just a stone's throw away and has typical Sardinian but also national products at reasonable prices! All the people in the area were very friendly and accommodating. Two restaurants close by! I recommend the Yachting Club Vela Blu, which is very nice and you can also take the pizza to the apartment. I visited 6 swimming coves and beaches in the immediate vicinity. However, there are still countless swimming coves and beaches. Rotondo and Golfo Aranci are 10 min. by car! It was a very nice holiday! Tutto Fantastico!

We had a great stay at Maria's place, the apartment was exactly as described, the WiFi was reliable and the bed was very comfortable, we loved the outdoor space to chill out in the evenings, it was a 20min walk into the centre, would recommend ☺️

We spent great holidays with the family (2 children) and friends (in the lower apartment). The apartment is well-equipped and Anna is very uncomplicated and accommodating! Because no new tenants came, we were even allowed to take our time checking out, which helped us a lot!

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Central apartment in a particularly quiet area, ideal for visiting various places, beaches and eating in excellent restaurants on the Costa Smeralda. Need to have a car for travelling around. Perfectly clean and everything you need for your stay is available. There is a lack of light in the various rooms, which therefore remain cool, certainly a good thing in the summer. During the months with not exactly summer temperatures, there are still wall-mounted air conditioners that also allow you to heat. Parking near the house, on the street (very quiet, frequented only by the few people who live in the area). Andrea is a very professional, precise, kind, discreet and helpful host. Perfectly managed check-in and check-out with remote communication. Have a nice vacation.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

Very nice place to stay with direct beach access, which is more reminiscent of a lake beach - but beautiful. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The very helpful and friendly caretaker let us in and gave us good tips for our stay. We would mist definitely visit again.

Great spot for some restful downtime. Agostino and his wife go above and beyond to help get you to the right spot, troubleshoot any issues, & provide a welcoming nature to Baja Sardinia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Excellent experience at Lucrezia's apartment, the accommodation is cozy and cared for in every detail that make it original and personal. The added value is the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a great view (sea/mountain). Keep in mind the tranquility of the place. Lucrezia is a punctual host and available. We definitely recommend it.

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thanks a lot

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We really enjoyed it.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.
