'Casa Fil' is a Comfortable apartment within the Residence Petralana for 4 guests (50 m2 on the first floor, 14 m2 in the mezzanine), 1 km away from Porto Rotondo downtown, completely renovated in July 2022. Equipped with private parking space, wifi, full kitchen, quiet pool area (CLOSED FOR SUMMER SEASON 2024 but usually open from June 15th to September 15th), and well-kept green area. A second bedroom in open mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room. Six beds available.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Just outside the picturesque harbour of Porto Rotondo lies the Villa Roccia holiday home, which is part of a complex of 6 independent villas. The Sardinian-style house has an impressive, natural rock formation in the centre of the house, lending a rustic ambience to the dining room and kitchen. The house is on the ground floor and boasts beautiful furnishings, which, in combination with the natural stone walls, exudes a cosy atmosphere.
