Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Porto Istana

We had a great time. The apartment was very nice, beautiful terrace with view, bedrooms and bedding very good. Ideally located in the heart of the upper town of Bonifacio. The stairs to the apartment are very steep but that didn't bother us.

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

This apartment is bigger than in the photos. Located beautifully within walking distance to Palau centre with restaurants and gelatos- max 10min, less thank 5min walk to the beach. It has an amazing view on the sea and neighbouring island. Privet parking is a big plus. There is a shared garden big enough for kids to run around. Flat had everything you may need for your stay. To add to that, Colette was an amazing host, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. If you are there, ask her about the fresh pasta shop. We dined from there 3 evening and wanted more.

Francesco greeted us personally and showed us everything. He was very hospitable and open-minded. We liked the apartment very much and it is well equipped for a vacation apartment. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is very well equipped. The view from the terrace is great and even equipped with a dining table and lounge. The parking space in the garage is another plus, so you can start every tour with a cool car. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and good restaurants nearby. The bus stop for the city public transport is also nearby. It is an apartment building and from time to time you can hear neighbors or dogs. But we found it very quiet for a city apartment. Therefore, we recommend Francesco's accommodation 100%.

House located in a luxurious holiday residence, surrounded by nature, with very well maintained exteriors, very complete equipment. Large well-equipped terrace for aperitif, dinner... Located a little over 5 minutes' drive from the city of Palau. Very good stay... in the Mediterranean sun!

We were received very nicely by Chiara and were even able to check in a little earlier. The accommodation has everything you need. Clean, well-maintained and well appointed. Super centrally located, everything is very quickly accessible on foot. Parking spaces are also available, a few free if you are lucky, otherwise €1 per hour, both of which are within a minute's walk. Questions were answered quickly via Whats App or Airbnb App and we were also provided with local and regional recommendations on arrival via Whats App. Finally, you can say you can't go wrong with booking the accommodation and if you want to stay centrally in Olbia, we would recommend this apartment. Our stay was wonderful. The building is perfect and the place exactly as in the pictures and description. 2 things can be improved - the AC did not get too cold and the beds were a bit hard for us, but nothing that was uncomfortable. I’m sure that if you ask about the AC, they can provide assistance, but we were just too busy and again, not too uncomfortable. Heads up that if you request a late checkout, it will be an additional 50 euro. We weren’t expecting that, but agreed out of convenience. Overall a fantastic place. We will be back and highly recommend!!!

We had a lovely stay at Giorgia's Place - the house was perfectly sized for 2, it's clean and modern, and has a gorgeous view from the bedroom windows! We had a little difficulty finding the place when we arrived as there is a different door that has a number 18 on, but we found it using the listing photos. It is in a great spot to explore the local area and the wider North East. Giorgia was very responsive to any questions, and we would love to come and stay again in the future! Grazie mille, Giorgia!

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy and then very windy April weather at the beginning. The environment, especially the island near Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5 minutes by car, and there is everything you need. The host hosted us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

Morgan was a great host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating and made everything flexible - thank you very much! The house is small but absolutely sufficient for two people and one child. It stands on a site with other buildings surrounded by a wall. Morgan's horticultural company's service vehicles are also on the premises, so you are not completely alone there, but a separate garden area is visually well separated and you have your privacy. Chickens run free on the grounds and in the garden, and we had also discovered a turtle - which we as animal lovers thought was great. You just have to be careful not to step in chicken droppings barefoot in the garden meadow. It was really great that you could use the small gym in an outbuilding. Everything was clean in the house, the amenities absolutely sufficient for a vacation home. A great vacation and a great location!

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation! :) The place is nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need. We cooked every night and nothing was missing.. the bed was cozy and there were, among other things, beach toys, a music box and good Wi-Fi. The contact with Ahmed was straightforward and friendly:) It's a good idea to have a bike or car, but the location is great for exploring the north of the island! You can enjoy the tranquility and see the sea from the terrace! We would definitely book this place again!:)

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Perfectly positioned - within a couple of minutes of a supermarket, 5 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Bonifacio Citadel, so a fantastic location. Very modern apartment, with all modern furnishings and appliances. Lovely balconies to sit on (though the road can sometimes be a little noisy in the daytime). Charlotte the host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is beautiful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment

We had a great two days at Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, allowing us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for discovering the area on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay!
