This little nook of tranquility is nothing other than sheer paradise. The photographs do not do it justice; for those of us who seek the calm away from the chaos, and appreciate natures true beauty and all it has to offer - you need to visit this wonderful place. The host is exceptionally kind, accommodating and well informed on local eateries, restaurants and things to do. We went on the most beautiful Catamaran boat trip from Palau, ate in local restaurants in Palau and also across La Maddalena. The local produce is tasty and inexpensive, all based on the hosts' excellent recommendations. Wonderful stay in a quiet, natural environment We very much enjoyed our stay! The cottage is private and in the middle of nature, so you really have your own place. Our son loved the hot tub – a great success! The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functions well. All in all a typical Italian cottage and a very nice experience!

We were the first to stay, and definitely will be coming back! The place has been renovated perfectly and really is a lovely romantic spot to stay. Everything is literally brand new (we even took the packaging off the coffee machine) and well thought out! It’s super central, a short walk to some of the best pizza and a quick drive to the most unbelievable beach. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in the area!!

The perfect villa for a fantastic holiday in Sardinia. The property is located just outside Palau on a hilltop in a small gated community. You have a great view of the bay of Palau, the Isola Santo Stefano, Caprera and La Maddalena - and from the pool. In Palau you can be in 3 minutes by car, it is difficult to walk, as you can walk more or less only on the main roads. But this is the case almost in the whole north of Sardinia. With a rental car you can walk wonderfully from there to explore the island with its many dream beaches. The house, the garden and everything around is extremely well maintained and quiet. You might think the pictures would have been decorated, but that's not the case. It's even more beautiful in Natura! We were able to spend a fantastic 10 days there. Marianna was very accommodating and always easy to reach - thank you for that. It was an amazing holiday, clear recommendation!

Sagi was the host liason and he was wonderful! Showed us around gave me Google Map pins for local recommendations. He helped with everything we needed, the BEST!

Super located the apartment!! Impeccable, and very nice rooms and bathrooms!! They immediately responded to any request!! Super flexible for check-in and check-out!!

Pleasant living, very nice is the small yard in front of the house with a hot tub, the children liked to play here. Air conditioning downstairs, upstairs in the bedroom as well. On the balcony, there is a large chest where you will find parasols, inflatable loungers, a ring and a beach tent. Everything is clean, pleasant. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house and garden are beautiful, the view very impressive. The house was as described and seen in the photos. The surrounding beaches are also easily accessible by car. The jacuzzi invites you to relax after a long day at the beach. The hostess was always available and had great tips for the area, restaurants and beaches. Thank you for everything.

The accommodation is beautiful, extremely well located, the beach is within walking distance. We were able to use all the facilities offered in the advertisement. I recommend staying in this beautiful home.

The villa has amazing views - the photos do not do it justice! Amazing garden, pool, location - all perfect for escaping from everything. Car is essential though! The house is just the right size for one or two couples and has all you need to cook / be comfortable, as if at home (and the kitchen area is great!!!). The owner has also recently installed a barbecue.

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

Very friendly and responsive host, always available gives great recommendations in the area, speaks very good English so extremely fluid communication. Attention the house is located in the highlands so there is little connection (very often in Edge or 3G) so access restricted to the internet to be able to organize the days. Beautiful setting and peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend it for those who want to disconnect 😊

The space is in a fantastic location. On top of the mountain with land and sea views. The apartment is separate from the rest of the property so you can enjoy full privacy. Everything was clean and mostly new. The pool and terrace, especially the porch, invite you to relax. We highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

The house is even better than in the pictures — truly stunning. The view is incredible and visible from every part of the house, and the pool and hot tub made it feel like a private paradise. But what made our stay unforgettable was Antonio. We arrived after a terrible day in which all our belongings were stolen, and he went above and beyond — offered us to arrange a new car, offering money, and providing genuine emotional support. We had a wonderful time here and will never forget the kindness Antonio showed us. This place is something special — both the home and the host.
