We absolutely loved staying at Alessandra’s place during our time in Sardinia. She was a wonderful and proactive host. In particular, her local recommendations were amazing - we enjoyed some of the best meals of our life! The location is hard to beat and we also loved relaxing on the terrace enjoying the sun. We would 100% stay here again.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

An incredibly beautiful gem a little outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating host. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's little touches complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

The apartment was great. It was wonderful to sit outside under the olive tree and look at the mountains and Arzachena. The location was ideal for exploring the Costa Smeralda. Giovanni and his mother were very warm and extremely hospitable, gave us eggs and delicacies from their own garden. We had a great time there and would be happy to come back if we travel to Sardinia again. Many, many thanks to Giovanni and Patrizia!!!

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Fantastic stay. Views from the terrace were incredibly and apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Elisa had some fantastic local recommendations for restaurants which we made the most of. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

We really liked the apartment, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is impeccable, the view is breathtaking and it's really worth it. It has all the amenities you need, including a parasol to go to the beach, something that saved us. 🫶🏻 The information they gave us was very good. There were not many stairs, which is appreciated in Italy after so much walking with a suitcase, and parking next to the entrance, very safe. It is close to the port, which is perfect for tours, close to downtown and 4 minutes from the supermarket by car. We really had a very nice and pleasant stay. I'd come back anyway.

The place offers everything you need. It is not easy to find, but once you are there you have a very calm and pleasant atmosphere as well as a wonderful view. The furnishings were as described and we lacked nothing. Antonella was very flexible and helped us very quickly with questions.

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It's perfect as you wish. Very easy to communicate, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. You have everything else you need very close. We felt at home from day one. Just perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas
