Cozy accommodation, welcoming and equipped with excellent services. The strength is that it is located in a central area a few steps from the nightlife, beaches, port and restaurants. However, it is located on an internal street that is not very crowded and offers tranquility. Inside there was everything you needed for your stay and even more! All the features of the house and the information were clearly written on each object or device to make the stay great. Responsive and collaborative host for every need. Thank you, we'll be back!!

We had a wonderful week's vacation at Roberto and Lisa's. The place is great, we felt at home. The apartment overlooks a large terrace and garden with sea views, there is everything you need, all in impeccable condition. The beaches of Sorgente and Sansone are a few minutes' walk away, Portoferraio is ten minutes away by car, and the central location offers an ideal starting point to explore the entire island of Elba. Roberto and Lisa personally welcomed us and immediately made us feel welcome. They have always been available and very kind. We already want to come back!!!

Great experience. The house is small but really has everything you need. Annalisa is always available and extremely kind. The location is also fantastic.

Emmanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and were absolutely accommodating. The apartment offers pleasant privacy with an idyllic garden and only a few meters to the beach with a bar. We had a heavenly week and highly recommend the accommodation! Grazie mille per tutto!

We had a great time in this peaceful oasis! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

We spent a wonderful time in this appartement. There is even a little private terrace with garden to sunbathe and enjoy your meals outside. For our dog it was pure luxury. The appartement was squeaky clean and tastefully decorated. There’s even mosquito-nets on every window, so no need to worry about insects coming inside. Conny was super nice and helpful. It‘s the perfect spot for a beach vacation.🌴 We will definetly check if the appartement is available the next time we‘re in Elba.

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

We arrived earlier and were received very nicely by Ana and her family. We were shown the apartment and everything was explained. If we had any questions, we contacted Ana and her daughter. All questions were answered right away. We felt very comfortable with Ana. The atmosphere was always very pleasant. Thank you so much to the family!!! There were four of us in the accommodation and we had enough space. :-) The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean! Our car had its own garage. The location of the apartment is unbeatable in our view. Right at the complex there is a Conad (so we always had fresh pastries for breakfast), the center is about a 10-minute walk. There are 3 smaller beaches in the city center, we chose Barbarossa beach. The beach of Barbarossa is just 20 min. on foot or 5 min. by car. When we are back in Porto Azzurro, we will certainly request this apartment again first.

We stayed at the accommodation proposed by Anna Maria for a week thissummer, the one after August The accommodation was as described by Anna Maria, who through support before arrival also helped us rent the sheets from the laundry room. The street is very quiet, but immediately close to the center of Porto Azzurro in 2 minutes by foot. Anna Maria is very friendly and friendly, she also recommended a great hike that we would have missed otherwise! Regarding parking initially, being not practical in the area, we went to the one for a fee the first days (also considering the week full of tourists). In the following days we explored the area and in the street of the accommodation we always found an unpaid place (a 5-minute walk from home). I recommend Anna Maria's place to those who like to stay quiet near the center of the village (and also the beach that Porto Azzurro offers)

We stayed for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment. You can’t ask for a better location in Porto Azzurro. The apartment is very cozy and feels like a home! The kitchen is a bit small, but you have what you need to make some simple meals. We really enjoyed having a morning coffee on the balkony. Would love to come back!

It was a pleasent stay at Casa le Pitte. Very quiet and peacefull place. Alot of privacy. Very kind owner who speaks English very well, she gave us plenty advices to visit a beautiful places on island. I appreciate for opportunity that we were allowed to come earlier od the first day in the apartment. We had our dog with us without any problem. Location is a good spot for different bike trails. Market, gas station is quite near. I would defenetly recomend to choose this place to stay at Elba.

We stayed 9 days in Sabrinas wonderful apartment and felt like home. Everything was like in the description. It is very close to the restaurants, the harbour and the cultural life of Porto Azzurro. Like mentioned in the other comments it may take a 10min walk to find a parking space for free (like in most big cities) or some luck. :-) Sabrina and Tiziana are very kind persons, who made our stay very relaxed. Since this was our first stay on Elba, we would appreciate coming back here again. *clear recommondation*

The owner, Mr. Fabio, is an excellent example of what it means to take care of guests. Everything is very clean, organized, apartment with everything you need and more. In addition, the owner made recent general improvements (the shower tray criticized in other reviews was new), new washing machine, new air conditioning. Great value, absolutely recommended!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Giacomo's place. We enjoyed the location very much. Slightly secluded yet not too far from Porto Azzuro. The communication with Giacomo was also very pleasant.

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Lorenzo was very kind both in welcoming us and in the directions and information, including about our dog. We had a great time in his house, near the pebble beach. Nearby all the necessary amenities.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with a lot of love for detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we'd love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

The place is fantastic! We liked it a lot! There are three lovely bedrooms, and the dining room is beautiful! We just had a problem with the Wi-Fi. Andrea was willing to help, but we didn't have time to fix it because we were coming for work.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

The stay was extremely positive. The area is very wild, but the part attached to the apartment is fenced and very well cared for. The sunbathing lawn with the pool with a jacuzzi is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Very clean apartment, with the essentials for short stays. Great welcome, we always confronted Serena who was always kind and ready to respond. Too bad our stay was so short! We'll be back!

We just spent 10 days on the beautiful island of Elba. Paola is a super host, communication with her is just great, she is always available, responds quickly, gives good information, is extremely helpful and discreet. The location of the small cottage is a little outside and quiet , but on foot or with the bikes provided (just great!) you can reach the beautiful center of Marina di Campo or the beach within a few minutes. The accommodation with the furnishings and also the beautiful garden correspond 100% to the photos. Everything is very clean and well maintained, and everything you need in everyday life....if something is missing, Paola tries to fulfill every wish. Although the apartment is small, every corner is filled with boxes, storage baskets, hooks,...etc., so you have enough space to store everything. In the end, the beautiful pool must also be mentioned. Thanks Paola for the nice days!

The apartment is in a great location to explore the island. We loved the view of the bay, the super well-maintained pool area, the local shops and restaurants. Andrea has made a great effort for our well-being - we hope to come here again.
