Escape the city routine without having to drive many miles! Our site is located in Viamão, near the Tarumã Racetrack, with asphalt access and easy location. We have an orchard, a nice kiosk by the pool, a game room with a barbecue grill, an oven and a wood-burning stove, an outdoor seating area, a hammock area, a pool table, foosball, darts, cards, and other games. In the courtyard, there is a fire pit to enjoy the night, all in a safe space for your rest and leisure to be unforgettable.

The Muslim influence in southern Spain gave beauty and charm to the Andalusian community, mainly perceived in architecture, gastronomy and the arts. Thus, the Rincón de los Geranios cultural project was born, which aims to spread some characteristics of Andalusia in the rural area of Porto Alegre, bringing together friends and lovers of this culture. Casa Mourisca Latifa is the first completed stage of the project, built and decorated with Arab elements, characteristic of southern Spain.

It has 2 dining tables, a living room with TV, sofa bed and armchair. The bedrooms have closets, a fan and split air-conditioning, as does the living room. The residence is located 250 meters from Av. Assis Brasil, where you can find a variety of shopping and transportation options.

Complete and comfortable house to rest or work. Located in Tristeza, 2 km from the Barra and Pontal malls, close to markets and local shops. It has air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in the bedroom, a king-size bed, a work desk with an ergonomic chair, an extra screen and 600 megabytes of internet. It is in a shared courtyard (main house in front), but with a private courtyard and total privacy. Here, the main rule is respect, so everyone feels good. 🥰

Small house, for one or two people, but with comfortable and large rooms. It is located in the back of the lot, behind the house we live in. Recently built, it's spotless, with new furniture, and features a TV, wifi, heater, and all the necessary kitchenware. We do not have parking. On the ground floor, below the apartment, but therapy activities are carried out, with fixed clients, who have been attending the space for years.
