Loft vacation rentals in Porto Alegre

Excellent loft. The building has a large garage (fits vans) and impeccable security. The fact that it is extremely close to the Barra Shopping Sul is a differential. I liked the apartment because it's on a high floor and has everything you need. I recommend it!

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful backyard, quiet and welcoming. The region is great with many things to do, several restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Redemption Park, where the feirinha takes place on weekends. The host made this suggestion and it was well worth knowing! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only an unforeseen minimum on the day of leaving, where it was without a sign and out of the area, not being able to respond quickly, but nothing that would hinder our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Everything about it was very peaceful! Marco helped us through the app and left clear instructions. Easy to access location with nearby shopping, which made it much easier.

Anderson is an excellent host, always ready to resolve any existing questions or issues. My only nuisance was with the bed, which was stained and uneven. Because of this I ended up looking for another place to stay. In any case, Anderson promptly returned the other part of the amount not reimbursed by airbnb and promised to make the change of bed the next day, which will benefit the next guests. Location very close to PUC and a large supermarket, with a garage for the car and the necessary infrastructure for a good stay.

Great stay! We chose the street for its great location in the city and for the bars and quiet and safe movement for a night out. The apartment was very well located, 1 block from the market, a good restaurant in front of the building. The building has no elevator, but that doesn't bother us. The apartment is well equipped, kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, very good shower too. We love the outdoor area, you can see the street and the bars. Very smooth communication, they responded quickly when I called before the stay, they answered my questions. It would definitely return.

Undoubtedly, the best view of Porto Alegre I've ever had the pleasure of contemplating in an Airbnb! During the day, the city is simply stunning, and at night, it gains a charm and magic that impress, the clouds at our height. I hope that in all my next visits to POA, this apartment will be available, because now I just want to stay here! This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever used in the capital. The entrance is super accessible, including the garage, which made my stay much easier. The location is excellent, close to everything and strategically positioned halfway between the south and north zones, which makes it very easy to get to any point in the city. In addition, at check-out, I was able to stay a little longer to organize myself calmly, a gesture that made all the difference and showed exceptional attention. I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment, with a great location. Very clean place and perfect, cozy accommodations. A great market and Panvel Drugstore in the mall, very easy to just go down and enjoy, with some great restaurants and cafes. I recommend it to everyone.
