Apartment on a quiet street and in an upscale neighborhood. Great location, close to the Moinhos de Vento Hospital, Santa Casa and several preparatory courses for the entrance exam. It is possible to walk around the neighborhood, which has several options for bars and restaurants. The apartment has a balcony with a barbecue and a parking space (owners of trucks and large cars may have difficulty in the garage because the access ramp is narrow). Vivo internet of 400 mega, with smart TV and Globoplay subscription.

Cozy, enveloping and very pleasant apartment! Because it is on a high floor, it has abundant natural light all day, it is sunny and airy. Newly decorated, everything is new, well organized, clean and functional. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and the bathroom has gas heating, providing a lot of comfort. It overlooks the historic João Pessoa Avenue, with its imposing California palm trees, you will contemplate the city skyline and a beautiful sunset! Charming and comfortable bedroom!
