The next to, mall and excellent gastronomy, as well as hospitals and universities such as Moinhos, UFRGS, as well as the American consulate. We have parking upon reservation; the parking space is not guaranteed. However, our neighborhood is one of the safest in Porto Alegre, and there are parking spaces available on the street if needed. We serve continental-style coffee. 🌷

Two-story house in a quiet area with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. They accommodate two people each and can be rented together or separately. The two bedrooms have a double bed but one can be transformed into two single beds. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guests. There is a common room that can be used for reading or a good chat. Breakfast is served in the pantry next to the kitchen. I prepare it myself and it is served from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. according to the guest's needs.
