Newly furnished and decorated , this lovely property is ideal for 2 couples or a great family holiday. It’s in a fabulous peaceful location yet a few minutes walk from many amenities including the Zoo, Waterpark, Heron Tennis and the new Skate and Trampoline parks. Beautiful beaches with surfing and water sports activities, plus shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. The house is spacious, stylish and modern with a south facing garden to enjoy the Cornish sunshine and relaxing evenings.

The exterior of the two-story house features a light-colored facade with a stone accent around the front door. Large windows allow natural light to enter, and solar panels are visible on the roof. Trimmed greenery and a modest entrance add to the home's appeal.
