Beachfront vacation rentals in Port Saint John

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a baby. It was as described very clean, and modern. All of our needs for the baby were met. The location was absolutely perfect, steps to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided as well as a cooler! Host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

The host was very helpful! We loved our vacation here! Lots for the kids and adults to do. The beach was very quiet and nice. The house boat had everything we needed. A very peaceful and fun family time!!!

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

The place was in such an ideal location. Beach was perfect. It was a pretty quiet section of the beach, which was what we were looking for. The area seemed pretty nice with everything just minutes away. It made for a great trip with my daughters. Thanks for letting us rent for the week!

All I can say is WOW. What a beautiful piece of paradise. This adorable little beach house is so close to the beach and a very easy walk with crosswalks for your safety. The house is decorated perfectly and is free of clutter. The bedrooms are a great size one has a TV which is nice if you’re a night owl or early riser and don’t want to wake others. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was great for a soak after a long day at the beach. And my absolutely favorite thing - the hot water out door shower. It was perfect for washing the sand and salt water off before going inside, it came equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are plenty of hooks to hang your suits towels etc and a bench seat. This amenity will be a must for every beach vacation I take from now on. Inside the A/C works perfectly and there are ceiling fans to circulate the cool air. There are lots of fun things to do and some great restaurants. Adam was always quick to respond.

Condo was decorated beautifully. Looks like it came out of a magazine! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC and she got someone out to fix it in a few hours and kept us informed the entire time. The private beach access is a definite perk and the beach was not busy. Condo is well equipped with what you would need. We got to witness a rocket launch from the beach and it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen. We would definitely stay here again and we’re really sad to leave.

We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place in a great location. Clean and stocked with supplies. Loved the code entry so no key at the beach. 15 seconds walk to the pool, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the Port restaurants. 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

Paradise! I cannot say enough about our stay. The house is pristine with everything one would need on the beach. The linens were soft and beds comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the main bedroom was stunning. We were lucky enough to be visiting during sea turtle mating season. Each morning and evening the whole family would watch the turtles. We also got to see 2 rocket launches! Our family had an amazing time! We hope to be back!

We traveled with our 3- and 4-year-old kids, and everything was wonderful. The place is cozy and quiet, very clean and beautiful. It’s close to the ocean, which was perfect. Honestly, we have no words — everything was just the way we hoped and planned. We’re definitely planning to come back again!

Enjoyed my stay. The host were great. They had all the supplies we needed for our trip. Beach towels and equipment, a book of local attractions and restaurants.

What a gem so happy with our stay at Spanish Eyes! We found Carmen and Shalom’s place to be very clean and well equipped, which is what I look for a comfortable stay. Their place is very well maintained and had such beautiful views of the ocean! We absolutely loved the beach access right off the property, it’s very private and almost all of our stay had the beach to ourselves! Oh and the beds we slept so well, what a restful stay after coming from the theme parks! Thanks so much I would most definitely stay again and again!!

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

Fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekker terrasje buiten om te zitten. Grote mooie badlakens in het huis en stoeltjes en parasol voor aan zee, super! Ligt aan drukke weg, maar het huisje en de tuin ligt precies beschut dus je zit er lekker. Je loopt vrij makkelijk naar zee (5 min), mooi strand met fijn zand en lekkere golven. Relatief rustig stuk, heerlijk. Vlakbij eettentjes. Kennedy space centre op 30 min. Host was super aardig en kwam ons qua uitchecken tegemoet!

This is a great Airbnb. It is in a great location very close to restaurants and the beach. The space is very well maintained and has a lot of extras that made our stay comfortable (beach supplies, soft towels, kitchen items etc). We had a young child traveling with us and the host went out of his way to provide childproofing items and accommodate us with an early check in. We visit the area frequently and will definitely stay here again.
