Nice 3* beachfront studio

Pleasant new studio with all amenities in the town of Port des Barques. You will have a very nice sea view in a quiet and natural place ideal for relaxing, close to a small beach and the seafront perfect for walks. You will be a 10-minute walk from the city center and all its amenities, Ile Madame, the marshes, the islands of Aix and Oleron and the mythical Fort Boyard. June, September and October rental with minimum of two nights, July and August rental by the week.

Beachfront house located in the oyster village of Port des Barques. The house is located 100 m from the sea and 800 m from the shops. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You can enjoy the nearby activities, the beach a 5-minute walk away, Île Madame, Île d'Aix, the view of Fort Boyard, the nature reserve, the site is ideal for beautiful bike rides. 40 minutes from Île d'Oléron, Royan, La Rochelle and Île de Ré.

40 m2 house rated 3* for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 with shower room. 1 single bed on the mezzanine for a child. Separate toilet. The typical village of SAINT-GEORGES with its hall and beautiful church is located 3 km away.

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
