Cottage vacation rentals in Port Bruce

Our family had a lovely time. We had a bit of a scare when the original cottage we had rented fell through just weeks prior to our trip and we’re very lucky to find this gem available last minute. This also meant the host’s responsiveness was even more appreciated as we were feeling pretty stressed. We were able to get this confirmed within a couple days! The space had everything we needed for our week and more. We do a cottage rental every summer and this was one of the best stocked kitchens for all our cooking needs I’ve ever seen. Our dog absolutely LOVED the giant backyard for her to run around in. Thanks Miranda and Daniel!

Beautiful cottage with great amenities, especially the extra long dining table for our large group. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Miranda was a great host and the cottage was perfect for our family of four. Finding the place and getting inside was easy. The location was super walkable; we went for dinner one night and visited the beach a few times. The store being so close by for firewood and other necessities was very convenient. There were lots of games and movies to keep us occupied on a rainy day. Highly recommend and we might be back for another stay!

We had a great stay - two families with two kids each - we fit great in this space for a week. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fenced in yard and the big basement. It was a quick walk to the beach and into town. We had one minor issue and Melissa took care of it right away. Spending time in the backyard was lovely. We played corn hole and had bonfires and enjoyed the hammock. There were only two downsides - 1. TV is only in the basement, which was great during the day, but in the evenings the adults couldn’t watch anything(Olympic recaps) 2. The household supplies were low (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels), but that could’ve just been a miss between bookings. Overall great stay! We’ll definitely consider returning! Thanks Melissa!

Angie's place was a last minute booking after a host on another site cancelled our original booking the morning of our check-in and we were very grateful to find Angie's place. Angie was accommodating and responsive, the property was clean, instructions for every aspect of the property were clear and available in a binder for reference when we got there, and overall we had a great time. Angie also proactively reached out to offer a later check-out time which we very much appreciated as it gave us more time to enjoy the area and have a calmer check-out. The cost for Angie's place was higher than our original booking but that was an understood consequence of booking last minute. We would very much recommend Angie's place and hope to stay there again in the future!

This is a lovely home. Everything we could need was provided for us. The area was quiet though it was off-season. The weather was cool and rainy but I'm sure it would be great in the summer. There were lots of extras for family fun like bikes, sports equipment, nice patio, etc. It's a cute beach town that I'm sure is hopping in the summer. The beds had nice linens and were comfy. Would definitely book this home again!

Swanny Lakehouse was the perfect getaway.❤️ The pictures do not do justice for the beauty…inside and out. We booked the location for a peaceful getaway and we experienced one of our favorite vacays so far! Awesome location, neighbors are lovely, restaurants are close, get the haddock fish and chips, house is a little tricky to find on GPS but it was a lovely weekend

The Sunbeam is a great property and Tyler and Steph are wonderful hosts. The space is cute and the fenced in backyard was ideal for our pup. The location of the property is ideal - one block from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The house itself was very clean, provided all the basic necessities, and was just as the pictures visually described. Although we didn’t prepare meals there, the kitchen had all of the items necessary to prep and cook any type of meal. If you are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Port Stanley, look no further - The Sunbeam is a wonderful place to stay for a weekend or an extended period of time!

Perfect place, Christian responded fast, and the place has a lot of things to do apart from the location itself. All rooms and stuffs were clean. If I have a chance to visit Port Rowan again, I’ll be willing to book this again.

Our stay was perfect. This place had everything you need. Fully stalked kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The beach was only a few minutes walk away. You are right in town so lots of shops and restaurants to visit. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Our party of 6 was celebrating our daughter's graduation. This beach cottage in Port Stanley was absolutely perfect. It offered great amenities, perfect location and a covered outdoor patio area. Angelina was an impeccable host. Her cottage was clean, air conditioned,cozy and fully stocked with everything you needed. Port Stanley offers many restaurants and entertainment. This location is walking distance to everything. A fantastic weekend.

Exactly what we was looking for!

We stayed over the thanksgiving weekend with friends. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen to prepare our meals and spent time indoors due to rain playing games and watching movies. We enjoyed being outdoors walking on the beach and sitting on the deck. It’s a very relaxing and beautiful place to enjoy a weekend getaway with friends.

We had such a great time at this cottage! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The vibe was so relaxing — perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfy, and the little touches made it feel extra welcoming. Jillian is super friendly and easy to communicate with. We honestly didn’t want to leave and would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Our group felt right at home at Denise's beautiful cottage. The house was very clean and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The highlights for us were the back patio, fire pit and the living room which was perfect for movie nights.
