The apartment is in a good location, many restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pointing out good places to get food. Overall a very good option if someone is looking for a vacation stay in Split.

The facility was very clean and well maintained, almost like in a hotel. The room was tidy, and the towels were changed regularly. Everything was very nicely made, and the beach as well as the pool were easy to reach. Unfortunately, we didn't like the food at the restaurant, and the value for money was also poor. We ordered pizza, and both pizzas were burned – yet they were pushed into the hands of the kids. It was really disappointing In terms of amenities, the complex is top, and supermarkets are nearby. But overall, the food was way too expensive for the quality offered.

Our stay at Denis' was just perfect! The apartment is very clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. The location is ideal – quiet, yet close to all major attractions. Denis was super friendly, helpful and quick to communicate. We immediately felt comfortable and would definitely come back. Clear recommendation for those looking for a relaxed and beautiful stay!"

Great, comfy spot! Was perfect for a couple, but plenty of room for a couple more adults. Parking was easy and convenient. Host was very responsive and offered great instructions and recommendations. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Kristina was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with gorgeous surroundings. The property is extremely well equipped, immaculately maintained and very clean. We honestly hope to be back and enjoy this amazing place once again.

We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

Sweet apartment that was private yet close to downtown Porec. The apartment came with bikes which we used every day; also a very easy walk to Porec. Our hose greeted us with cake and homemade liqueur, was very helpful getting us set up in the apartment, including use of the washer, which was a great amenity. Would recommend as a host and a place to stay.

Very good location for this charming apartment, very close to the city as well as the sea. Superb quiet terrace with a beautiful view and accessible and responsive hosts. Perfect!

We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia It should be said to Nicole's apartment that it is very clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you could could ever need and you feel comfortable. From there, many attractions are well reached by car. It is also very quiet. But you have to say that the pictures are a bit confusing. I would recommend booking this apartment for two at most. All in all we were very satisfied. Nicole is a friendly and helpful host and we will be happy to come back :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean & as shown in the pictures. Good location to explore the towns around. Check in was easy & well communicated.

Apartment is in quiet part of Rovinj , 15 minuts by foot to the old town, close to the seaside. You can walk to nearest beach its not far. It is convinent for visit beautifull Rovinj and also swim at the beach. Parking place is available behind the gate.

Erna is a super friendly and responsive host! Apartment is close to two beaches (5 min by foot), 10 min to supermarkets and cafes, and bus stops. Calm and comfortable place, with a lot of rural areas around. We stayed with two kids and were totally satisfied)).

The host was very thoughtful and friendly. The house is very spacious great to enjoy with friends or family.

Perfect stay We had a fantastic time in this villa in Croatia, despite not quite as good weather. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly. We would particularly like to emphasize that Dejan heated the pool for us free of charge, as the weather unfortunately did not play along. That was an absolute plus and sweetened our days! We were there with a total of four adults and four children and the villa was perfect for us. The gym has an extra play corner with Lego and Duplo, which was a highlight for the kids. The villa is very spacious with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone had enough space. We really didn't miss anything! Really EVERYTHING you need is available! We can highly recommend this villa and will certainly be happy to come back!

The accommodation is easy to reach and there are super many opportunities to do things around the place. There is plenty of variety from the aquapark to the high ropes course and many beautiful beaches. Irene's house is very modern and super equipped, nothing is missing! The communication was easy and very friendly! We recommend both Irene as a host and the house in Vabriga. Thank you for our beautiful family holiday with you.

For a few relaxing days by the pool the property is very suitable. The place was very clean, very modern and also furnished to a high standard. The pool was also very clean and a real refreshment on hot summer days. However, if you are looking for proximity to the center, you should plan a half hour drive. All in all, a place to relax with.

A dream house ideally suited for a dream vacation with the whole family. (10 adults, 1 child) Rene welcomed us very warmly and the check-in as well as the checkout were simple and uncomplicated. Everything was clean and very nice. Due to the beautiful weather, we were able to stay all day in the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen or in one of the comfortable loungers next to the pool. We had a lot of fun playing darts, badminton and billiards - it was so much fun. My little granddaughter (2 years) was also very happy about the playground and splashing in the pool. A small shop can be reached in a few minutes by car, Lidl and Spar in about 10 minutes. VERY RECOMMENDED!

The house exceeded our expectations! We stayed there with n6 adults & 6 children for a week. Every family had plenty of retreat options and we didn't lack anything. We felt comfortable throughout. The ocean views, the picturesque sunsets and the evening starry sky were magnificent! Despite very warm temperatures, it was very well tolerated in the garden due to the shaded places and the cooling pool. Communication with Jo and the contact on site went smoothly, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a private chef in the house for one evening, Jo had supported the organization wonderfully and everything worked out very well. In any case, Jo was there to help us with any questions. The arrival was also without problems and we found the house well. It was a wonderful holiday with friends & children in a dream house🙌

We had a great vacation at the house. Check-in was smooth, the owner very welcoming, friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, a little bit outside of the city center, quiet and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed taking walks to and at the beach. You can reach the beach in 10min and the city center is a 30min walk away. Needless to say, the pool is amazing and has a really nice size. Unfortunately we were not able to use it because the weather didn't play along and it was unusual cold for the time of year. (that said, each of my kids jumped in once because it was just too tempting). The owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do with the kids. We will most likely go back.
