Rick’s place was a great getaway for our family. It’s nice to enjoy the amenities margaritaville has while not staying in a hotel room. This house was spacious for our 7 guest and had an amazing large window view of the lake. Easy access. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer a plus for a one week stay. Will visit again. Perfect location with private deck and access to boat dock. Sometimes we sat on the patio and listened to music coming from Margaritaville across the bay. It’s an easy car or boat drive to lots of other places in Osage Beach and we enjoyed many of them. It was reasonably priced for a two bedroom condo with boat and trailer parking in this area. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

This place is so beautiful and worth the price! The heated pool made it extremely worth it. The games and things to do inside were a plus too! We caught ton of fish and enjoyed every minute! Juan is great and even let us stay a little longer than normal since no one was due to check in today since it’s Mother’s Day and that’s a rare thing to do these days! Great place!

This house is AMAZING!!!! We stayed for a girls weekend and were blown away at how perfect this place was. The view from the pool and the house is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. It is so much better in person and the surroundings of the house are picturesque. It is secluded and so peaceful. The house was spotless and so comfortable. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Checking in was a breeze and checkout was easy. The host checked in to make sure everything was good.

Great stay. Super quiet. Super nice. Everything needed was in place. Literally only thing I could nitpick is the road and address signage on the resort, little confusing, but once found it was not a problem.

very nice quiet place close access to water with boat ramp on site only thing I would say was missing is no electrical hookup at dock to charge boat but was not a big deal since cabin was close to lake. would definitely stay again

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for what we needed and a great view.

Beautiful home right off the main road into the state park. Walking distance to the spring. Cozy, clean, well kept, and appears to be recently updated. We stayed the weekend for my son’s 13th birthday and we all had a blast. Caught a bunch of trout, s’mores by the campfire in the backyard fire pit, and memories we get to keep forever. My 5 year old daughter even caught her first trout!

Beautiful home. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table. Comfortable beds. Responsive and kind host. Will definitely stay again!

Thank you for your wonderful, beautiful home, we loved every second of this stay. It went well and beyond our expectations. The space had a wonderful atmosphere and you could feel the spirit hovering heavily. (Peaceful) I wanted to send my gratitude 🙏 for this wonderful experience. The birds had beautiful conversations on the screened in balcony in the morning time, the sunrise was magical, overseeing the lake view.

Great place on the lake that gives you the full ozarks experience. Close to things to do and groceries. Perfect place for a weekend away!

We enjoyed staying at Susan’s. The screened in back porch was an added benefit with an excellent view of the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Susan quickly responded when we had questions and she helped give suggestions on places to eat. If we visit Stockton again we would stay here again.

Stayed at Andrew’s and had an absolutely wonderful experience Peaceful and quiet location, beautiful scenery and amazing sunset views from the dock, the house was clean and stocked with basic amenities, and we felt at home the entire time! The neighbors around were friendly and welcoming and there was plenty of local wildlife (deer, chipmunks, etc) to add to the beauty and peacefulness of the location. Andrew was an amazing host and was quick to respond within minutes of messaging him. We were talking on the way home about rebooking in the Fall at Andrew’s place. We know it will be just as beautiful! Thank you again for everything!

This was our 3rd year and each year she has upgraded and improved the home. We booked for next year again. Everything is so comfortable and simple to book and check in. Furnishing are top grade and very nice. I highly recommend this VRBO

Perfect lake spot, wonderful dock! We had so much fun swimming with our dogs, absolutely magical slice of the Ozarks.

The cabin was amazing and had plenty for my 4 children under the age of 10 to do. The cabin is beautiful and unique with the breezeway and additions. The dock was great, we spent all day on the dock and in the River. It was very nice to have a refrigerator and trash can on the dock and the Lilly pad was a hit with the kids. I highly recommend this cabin to other families. Ryan was also very kind and responsive. Thanks again Ryan for letting us enjoy your cabin!
