Charming beach house located on the hill of Poggio Pertuso in Porto Ercole with a huge terrace furnished for outdoor living, beautiful view of the sea, the Forti Spagnoli and the port of Cala Galera. The apartment, which occupies an entire floor with terrace at the level, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious and bright living room and an equipped kitchen. The property is completed by an outdoor shower, grill, and a private parking space. Very close to the famous Feniglia beach.

The apartment is definitely well cared for, clean and well-stocked, guaranteeing guests a pleasant stay. Located in the center of Porto Ercole, a short walk from the port, it has all kinds of comforts around it, whether they are bars, restaurants, convenience stores or pharmacy. The owner, Francesco, was very kind and available by phone, ready to answer any questions. The only thing to note is that the apartment, precisely because so central, is in an area that in high season becomes limited traffic from 6:00 pm to 00:00 am. For this reason, the car must be left in the parking lots outside the traffic-restricted zone. Parking is still close to the house, within walking distance, but parking spaces are almost all paid for. The only time frame where they are not paid is the night from 00:00 to 8:00 am.

A sleek Nespresso coffee machine is presented on a countertop. The machine features a minimalist design with buttons for multiple functions. It is accompanied by a container for used capsules, all set against a blue tile backsplash that enhances the modern aesthetic of the kitchen space.

Stunning views and quiet garden, beautiful cool home, highly recommend for escapism or family. Please be ware though if your driving from Ercole the road is very thin in points and dirt road / gravel. Require Small suv or 4 x4. ( something raised off ground )

A really nice place to stay where you immediately felt "at home." Large areas, which allows for several residents. The view was nice, but the harbor was also a shipyard with activity with reversing trucks and associated noise much of the day. Walking distance to a super nice beach with several different restaurants. A number of stairs to get up but difficult to avoid if you want a view! Overall, we are very pleased and can highly recommend this accommodation.
